Definitely solid progress, man - nicely done! Upper body looks noticeably fuller, especially in the chest, arms, and shoulders. Legs are thicker with more sweep and overall density - great job putting on quality size without blowing out the waist.

Looks like your coach knows what he’s doing, but credit where it’s due - you’re the one showing up and grinding. Keep pushing, bro, it’s paying off big time.
