Gents,

I'm a little worried that a normal PO Box isn't inconspicuous enough to keep me safe.

I'm looking for suggestions/experiences on how to discreetly receive my gear.

Can anyone pass on suggestions on how to maintain your anonymity in the whole mailing process?

Call me crazy, but, if you ask me, a PO Box is the most conspicuous way to receive. Who the hell has a PO Box? Ever mailed a letter to a friend or relative that had a PO Box? The only places I've ever seen a PO Box listed as the addy is for businesses.
 
I agree with Grizzly. Besides, do you really think that your P.O. Box scam somehow keeps you immune to prosecution? I laugh when people say they put a fake name on the package coming to their house, because then they cant get arrested. BTW, how much gear do you mail that you need a P.O. Box? I dont think the Feds are gonna care about those packages you get once every couple of months. You arent exactly the Pablo Escobar of AAS...

I'm not naive enough to think a fake name would keep me safe.
My only hopes with a PO Box (or a box that has an actual street address) is that if a package were intercepted at the box it would give me time to clean up at home before they executed a search warrant there.

About 8 years ago, I had "a bad experience" when I signed for a package at my place of business. A search warrant was issued for my home and much drama ensued.

The lesson I learned was never ever sign for a f*ing package and I would never do that again!

I'm just trying not to learn any more lessons the hard way and I'm looking for tips.

If they did intercept the package how would you know about it? They could also still do a controlled delivery to the PO Box.

What would be a good idea is to clean house prior to ordering. Keep a couple syringes and a bottle of your shit. Hide that in a really good place when you're not using it and put the rest of the shit at a friend's house or in a safety deposit box or a storage facility. Then, everything should be kosher, search warrant or not.

Probably the only hint about a controlled delivery would be a long turn around. Last time it took them a long while to get together the calvary to come see my ass.

I like the idea of cleaning up before an order...finding safe places is the key.

I've considered safety deposit boxes and that sounds like a reasonably good alternative. I do understand that I can't take all the risks out of this, but I am trying to make sure next they come after me I will be better prepaired...I was really niave.

My source has great shipping that is unfucken believable. Im not going to say his methods but its damn near james bond.

I really get the "clean house" concept. It makes good sense.

I definitely will not use my home address. Having been the recipient of a "controlled delivery" before, I don't want to subject my wife to that kind of risk/treatment if I'm not here when the package shows up. When the cops show up with a search warrant they trash your home, break shit, piss in your snapple (OK I made that one up) and even if they don't find anything your left with a big f*ing mess/drama.

I can get a PO Box that uses a street address and take delivery there. It has 24 hour access and after business hour runs would be pretty discreet.

From personal experience, I'd just reiterate....Never, ever, ever sign for your shit!!!!
That "mailman" you've never seen before might just be the postal inspector who's got the DEA, the FBI, and your local Barney f*ing Fife waiting around the corner to bust your naive little oil absess having ass...happened to me.

Any other tips gents?

The advantage to a po box or similar is that if your box gets popped for some reason, that does not automatically give them just cause to search your home residence. They will attempt to observe you taking goods from the box to your home. This is a ggod reason to not go directly from you box to your residence, or as grizzly said better yet store everything in a public storage unit with some old furniture or something, some are even temp controlled.
