Issues with particles in reconstituted hGH

I've reconstituted 7 hGH vials in total, and 6 of them had immediate issues upon reconstitution. The 7th was crystal clear, until the 11th day, when I could visibly see something growing in the bottom of the vial.

I had bac water from amazon, so I assumed that was the cause of the issue, but I just reconstituted a vial with 3ml hospira bac water - still particles after an hour.

The vials are 40iu, and I use 3ml bac water.

When reconstituting, I just let the vacuum pull the plunger down, and let the water run down the side. Could it be that the vacuum pulls the bac water in too fast?
The video attached is of the vial of hGH which I reconstituted an hour prior to this post, there are visible particulates under a flashlight. There are also some swirly things if I invert the vial, not sure if it'll be evident in a video, but the particles definitely are! Dear people of Meso, please advise.

I’ve had to run every one of my gold tops through a filter. All cloudy with particles. As soon as I filter, they’re crystal clear.. But I’ve yet to get a clear vial. I’ve always used Hospira, at 3ml now. But I’ve tried 4ml, 2ml.. same result.

I don't have any filters on hand rn- do you think if I get some in the next 5-7 days then run that thru itll be good, or is that too long to where anything in there will multiply? Tbh I might js pin a little tonight and see what happens lol

Are the gold tops from WWB I am having the same issue with H36 I have pinned it and it’s been fine so far but I think imma def filter it

GH is a relatively fragile protein. Depending on how it was handled (sitting on a shelf in a 90 degree room or sitting on hot tarmac waiting to be loaded on a plane, or sitting in a shipping contair baking in the sun) before you received it can cause the GH to degrade. Probably why u dont have a clear vial. Filter it. GtG

Its not "bad" and this is typical. Aggregation can and often occurs at a microscopic level. The difference that your seeing is that its happening at a much faster pace. It may help to mix at 1ml for every 10iu and I try to only mix what ull use in a week's time for this reason. when filtering try not to force a lot of air/small bubbles into vial at the end of filtering. I usually reconstitute with 3 ml for 36iu at first. Filter. Then draw and additional .6ml to run through the filter and into the reconstituted GH. Helps prevent waste and the air bubbles which can increase aggregation.

Fyi, U can use it as is

U can filter it agian.

Hello dude! Thanks so much for your answer, appreciate it.
I got you, but my concern is, even after filtering and aggregation appears just a moments later again its particles in the vial, im wonderieng if that is enough for the "antibodies" to hgh effect.

Or if its atleast "safe" to keep using the hgh vials or if i should throw them in the bin. I rather not throw it all away, cuz its alot.. and its working great, except for the goddamn china particles.
It bothers me about the particles, alot.. just seeking a little peace of mind, and your answer did me about halfway, lol. Have you had this same thing, about after filtering, reappear particles, and you still used the hgh? thanks for letting me know.

Thanks for the tip about the end of filtering, i will not push at the end anymore, i was also concered about that, it being more "junk" at the end.

Mine all stay clear after filtering.

If I can see particles I'm not injecting it. I would rather loose (spend) $1,000 for my health. What we do is risky enough. Do u have photo's? I've seen some possible particles in an older vial because i used to transfer/save some from an old vial and add it to a new one while filtering. Decided that was a bad idea.

Are u using a .22um filter or .1um?

I mean after filtering looks ok but after One days its back to same before filterign.

Using .22um.

Please from these Photos, can you tell me if i should toss it or filter is enough and if they aggregation appears again its probably still ok.

Was just reading thru that thread above and saw the post by @Ghoul. I'm wondering, is the only way those fibrils form from contamination? Because there were also multiple in the original opti gold tops with particles which this thread was initially about.

Fibrils can be caused by degraded HGH as they bind together. Not just contamination. If the HGH is heavily degrade this may be the cause. But this is speculation.
Exposure to heat, sat on the tarmac, 80 degree room, in a shipping container, how it's handled (shaken not stirred) all reasons for degradation.

Also, if u are using cheap vials to filter into, could be contamination. Either way, I, myself, would not be using it if it looks like those photos. Plenty of others would. U have to decide.
Short term ur probably fine. Probably. When u dive into the differences of pharma and UG, huge differences. U may want to look into India Pharma.
