Is it the same to train with roids?

I mean do yo do the same reps as without them Im beating myself in the Gym and
desoite getting pretty strong I haven't build too much muscle so I would like
to know what should I change.
 
What's your diet? Take all the gear in the world and if the food isn't there, forget about it.

If your response is "I eat a ton" or "3,000 calories" start there.

Most importantly what is your pre workout meal and post workout meal?
 
Before I work out I take a glass of milk.

Im afraid of getting fat bro that's why I try to not get too much carbs.

After a nice big 3 eggs as omelet with lot of cheese maybe chicken or tuna fella.
 
If you do an all out bulk you're destined to put on some fat. That's what cuttin is for. You have to have something to cut down to in the first place so don't be scared of a little fat.

If you start putting too much on, you know to cut back the calories a little or up the cardio.

This is your problem. No clue what your other meals are but I'll throw you a bone on this one.

30-45mins pre workout do 1/4 cup cream of rice with 1.5 scoops whey mixed in

immediately post workout do 2 cups jasmine rice and 2 scoops of whey.

I 100% guarantee you aren't going to build muscle mass with what you're doing.

Whole eggs and alot of cheese post workout? Come on man, pushing that kind of dietary fat in your post workout meal isn't what you do. Fast acting carbs and protein.

Well if I just told you to eat it... Probably answers your question.

It should be a core staple to your diet. Your main menu should be as follows

Chicken, steak, beef, egg whites

Rice, sweet potatoes, oats

Peanut butter, olive oil, coconut oil, whole eggs
 
It is actually my first time I have experimented before with
them but never did a cycle I decided to do it after I had a bad
break up so you end up doing fucked up stuff after that.

About my diet I have never worried about it cause on
my teenns it was very easy to put on muscles despite of
eating crap.

My layout it's something pretty close to and IF protocol
so I wake up I don't eat until 11 am or if I'm doing a
morning workout I drink a glass of milk. Then after the
workout I take the eggs with some whole bread (very litte carbs)
and then i just do the same again a litlle later on.
And that is it bro.
 
You should be exploding right now if you had no trouble putting on muscle in your teens.

A break up is no reason to cause harm to your own body by going into a cycle blind. Did you get pre blood work before you started test? And also why are you running winstrol mid cycle instead of at the end?

Alright so your diet needs a massive overhaul.... That diet is ok if you're a middle aged sedentary woman who works from home and does not exercise.

Don't worry about the gear at all. You could run anything with that diet and you won't grow.
 
gear without a clue. first of all you are pretty much on a trt dose of test and second your diet is probably enough to keep you alive. if you wanna get big and strong yoy have to eat like it. npbody will spoonfeed you all this because you are sooooo clueless. use a searchfunctio a d research before any more drugs you dummy

well it depwnds on what you are going for. I cut at 1500 calories for 4 months but grew a lot of muscle in the time... more of a recomp really but lost 30 lbs.

you dont have to follow the traditional bulk then cut
