Intro, Info and Outro

Evening MESO, looking to post and interact more in the underground and other sub forums so here is my short intro, info and outro.

I’ve been reading and researching on the MESO boards for about 7 years now but I “think” it might actually be since ‘99 or 2000 when the site was called MESOMORPHOSIS. Would any “UNC” like me be able to corroborate this? In that time I’ve learned some really good and practical nuggets of information that have made a difference in my training and gear usage.

Quick stats 48 years old, 6’1.5 and sitting at 267.8 presently. Been lifting weights off and on for 31 years with serious training cycled within those years. Have cycled gear successfully off and on for about 20 years. My dosages usually taper off at about a gram total load. I’ve found Sust 250 and Cyp the best for me, NPP and Deca treat me ok, with a recent run of Tren Ace being the game changer so far in the “look”. I’ve recently started running orals pre-workout on training days as advised or discussed here on MESO and have definitely noticed a positive effect. More off time than on. Even though it’s been discussed and posted here about receptor clean out and that being “old” science, I do still take a complete 16 week clean out for mental and physical reasons. Having cut my teeth with the old school I’ve always followed the adage of “the training and eating comes first then add the “gas”.

I have a goal of reaching what I think is a “true bodybuilder physique” by the age of 50. For me that means 12 weeks out or the typical pre-contest schedule to be “stage ready.” With this in mind, I want to complete at least once in my training life the ability and success of conducting a true pre-contest regime with an experienced coach.

A couple of odds n ends about me…my favorite source all time was STK. Probably the best supplier I’ve ever used and I’m sure the old heads remember him. I think I became aware of him through MESO or the old Muscle Mayhem board. STK was as good as gold, every time.

I had the pleasure and experience of being one of IFBB pro Phil Hernons training partners for a few years. I know Phil was a polarizing figure on the boards and in person but to me he was always kind, helpful to a fault and a wealth of knowledge. I “thought” my intensity was on point until I started training with Phil. ‘Nother level! RIP Phil.

Thank you MESO for taking the time to read this and for providing me with good debate, discussions and advices. I always look forward to browsing the board daily to see what members have to say and experience. I appreciate all of you. -J
