Intermittent fasting is BULLSHIT!!!!!

IF actually seems less convenient than regular meal spacing. As far as protein synthesis if you eat a pound of meat your body does use all the protein. Your small intestine releases the protein as needed over the course of time. I swear people think you digest the first 30g of protein then shit out the rest. It's not the case.
 
I think IF isnt a bad idea itself but you could more benefits doing yoga.

Bc yoga dont burn your adrenals like IF do.

And believe me,more pple are seeking this shitty tricks like IF due the adrenal impulse bc adrenal impulse is literally a magic thing.

But have a price, in simply terms an over production of cortisol.

The big deal to me is between poliquin tips and brett contreras tips who mix lift w/yoga and roids.

It's apples to oranges, he's a #'s guy, that's it. The look is the byproduct of the strength but it's not comparable to bodybuilding. The only one comparable to a bodybuilder, and I have no idea what the fuck planet he is from, is Larry Wheels.

Apples to oranges would be comparing diet to musculature, instead of body fat percentage. Not even comparable. If he diets down using IF and gets lean and looks great as far as body composition, but his actual physique is not that of a bodybuilder, that’s because of his training style. Not his diet.
 
Man in pragmatic terms you need TONS of sugar to build muscle.

Whey is sugar in metabolics terms,whey isnt natural and tons of guys take it and the most important its acepted that is healthy.

Agree not the diet it self its what is better to your metabolic factory asides the moral reasons of paleo diet/IF ,ie,the idea that fasting and no eating is a "natural thing" whetever what that means.

Some CNS stimulants can be injected and you will raise your metabolism more dramaticaly than anything else. The sides consist of euphoria some physcosis and suppresses appetite like no other. You wont have money for food so you will have to hit the local soup kitchen when you finaly come down. Easier to get than gear, coke and methamphetamine from mexico is as close as the nearest 24 hr convience store where the tweekers hang out when everyone else is sleeping.

It depends what your goals are too. Obviously someone trying to pack on as much muscle as possible will not optimize using IF. He makes it sound like that’s everyones goals. But 99% of the people that are doing IF are trying to lose weight. And in addition to a calorie deficit, manipulating insulin levels and sensitivity has major benefits for these people.

The strict CICO people make me want to vomit. There are other factors that come into play when you look at the hormonal response to each macro.

If you are interpreting science usually backed up by the research on natural individuals while you are on "thinksteroids" I think you are doing it wrong, you are almost always intermittent fasting while cutting on rhGH, just check any protocol and you will understand why. If I had to explain then here it would be: You inject AM/PM, you would wanna avoid eating at least 2 hours before or after you inject, you eat and you wait for 2 hours, inject, go to bed, sleep 8 hours, wake up and inject and you ideally wait another 2 hours before you eat. Add that up and it is 12 hours bare minimum, ideally you would wait even more for maximum benefit and that becomes basically intermittent fasting either way. Believing it doesn't have merit is just like believing that anabolic window doesn't exist even if you inject 10 iu humalog just because it doesn't when you are natural
