Sup bros, been back in the gym for a few months now after an almost deadly motorcycle accident, I've been training light the first 2 months to recover a bit more. For the past month, I've upped the weight on everything and the only issue im having is insaneeeeeee back pumps from squats. I'm on test and primo, but I doubt primo is the cause. I'll do 3 working sets of squats and a few minutes later I feel like calling 911 cuz my lower back is so fkin pumped, I end up leaving the gym early because it hurts that bad. When I get home and lay on my bed for a few minutes till the pump subsides, I feel completely fine. Any advice?
