Insanely painful back pumps from squatting?

Sup bros, been back in the gym for a few months now after an almost deadly motorcycle accident, I've been training light the first 2 months to recover a bit more. For the past month, I've upped the weight on everything and the only issue im having is insaneeeeeee back pumps from squats. I'm on test and primo, but I doubt primo is the cause. I'll do 3 working sets of squats and a few minutes later I feel like calling 911 cuz my lower back is so fkin pumped, I end up leaving the gym early because it hurts that bad. When I get home and lay on my bed for a few minutes till the pump subsides, I feel completely fine. Any advice?

Also I don't stretch as much as I should, could this be it?

Could be basically anything. Your technique, doses, perhaps diet/electrolyte issue. Overly tight lower back muscles can definitely be a factor too.

Massage and stretching and walking at a low intensity helps me. You can also go to the sauna after, for relaxation. Another good help is the drug of the muscle relaxant group.

Hello,sir!

I would even say that myorelaxant would be the first line, and the second one is the good specialist in sports medicine - some parts of your spine are overloaded and overpumping

probably this is a week point into your squatting, so you may strengthen it in a isolated movement

Yes bro you are saying the right things.

Have you tried sitting down between sets where you are leaning back with your legs extended in front of you?...this could relieve the lower back pump/spasming...

No, I didn’t try it, but I didn’t quite understand how to implement it, if you explain, I will be very grateful.

Just get a metal folding chair and sit down between sets...lean back and extend your legs in front of you...this allows your lower back to relax between sets...or you can sit on a vacant flat bench press bench with a bar in the uprights...it's all about getting pressure off of your lower back between sets...years ago I too would have to stop on my way home, get out of my car and lay down until the spasming/tightness was relieved...just try it next squat day...

Here, thanks for the advice. I will definitely try. I'll try to take the load off my back.

Or just take a load on the back….

Edit- whos load was on your back in the first place?

Taurine… it gets rid of what your dealing with.

Also check tour form, might be lesning too far forward, if so elevate your heals, or get squatting shoes., or can try putting plates under them.

Thanks for the good recommendations, especially about shoes, I didn’t think about it, I’ll start with this.

Definitely dont run anavar.

I get brutal back pumps (no gear) when i rack pull. You could try taurine as suggested. That might resolve your issue real quick and its easy to pop into a supplement store and buy some to try out.

As mentioned it could have to do with feet position, but i mean a pump is a sign your using the muscle so to be honest id be more worried if i did not get a pump. I think taurine may be your best answer or at least the first thing to try.

Shit the nostalgia of dbol'ish squats... The aftermath is sitting in the locker room for 30 minutes just to crawl back to my car and then resting for 5 more minutes after that.

Taurine is generally a very cool supplement and works very well for pampas, I would say excellent.
