The only thing i can think of is diet wise not enough cals. Curb heavy weight training. Curbed cardio.
Meal 1: 8-10 oz chicken ww toast 2 eggs tomatos muti vit
Meal 2: protein oatmeal w/6 egg whites
Meal 3: protein oatmeal w/sardines
Meal 4: 8-10 beef turkey or chicken 1/4 rice 1/2 cup veges
Meal 5: protein shake 50gms
Meal 6: can of sardines or salmon
Snacks : 1/4 almonds
I was thinking not enough carbs. What do you guys think?
