Injectable Glutathione Recipe

Glutathione didnt go clear until I started added NaOH to get the PH closer to 6-6.5 unless you use the L-Carnitine to do the same thing.
Was it milk colored to start though? I just couldn't imagine adjusting the ph changing it that much but I guess I've never done this kind of thing before and I've seen crazier things. I just didn't want to waste my l car raws being as skeptical as I was that the glutathione raws were correct. I'm open to making another attempt, but I'm also looking into purebulk raws

Correction, worst soreness I have ever experienced from an injection to date. Almost impossible to walk without a limp. Don’t think I will attempt again without diluting. Let me know if anyone else has experienced better luck with similar dosing
Diluted 1 mL of the original 250/400 solution with 0.5 mL BAC and took the shot. There was minor PIP upon injection this time, and the same lump with tenderness the following day.
First injection site of 200/400 is already improving, so it wasn't an infection issue.
Could this be a pH problem? Assumed that wouldn't really be a factor with the buffering from the carnitine. Any suggestions would be great.

If it turned red during the brew then it's oxidised and needs to be remade.
If this is your first time injecting then you need to figure out which spots are pipless and whether subq or im works for you. It seems different for everyone.

Yes, it looked like a glass of milk. I ended up at 400mg/ml L-glutathione, but ended up close to 7 on the pH which is a little to close to where it can start oxidizing. Check the pH on yours and adjust it to 6-6.5.

i Used purebulk Glutathione, and this is exactly how the process went for me. Once I adjusted the pH the Glutathion slowly turned cystal clear.

Your raws are likely fine, try again and slowly add Lcarn, or naOH and wait for it to slowly clear up

I've used both purebulk and bulksupp and neither was milky. It was just..powdery..chalky? I've done a few brews none and neither have been milky. Are you guys heating it? I only add heat at the end.

Liquid first
Then glut raw, dissolve as much as possible, then slowly add carn and keep rotating between glut and carn.

Carn increases pH which allows glut to dissolve, but if u dump it all in at once, the ph spikes and your brew turns red.

You get a powdery brew at the end which turns crystal clear upon heat.

I didn't add heat at all, just stirred. I am going to make another attempt though with my bulk supplements powder, it really isn't that expensive to be worried about "wasting" raws, definitely worth another attempt. I'm going to really enjoy it if I get to see that class of milk turn clear, that will be satisfying.

As for pH, you don't really need to care too much about it till your close to the end. As long as there's quite an excess of glut powder that's undissolved floating in the solution, it means that the solution is sufficiently acidic, else the glut would have already dissolved.

What about filtering is anyone running this through filters. Mine went clear, but was almost impossible to filter through PEG/PTFE hydrophillic (0.22um 50mm). About to give it another try later. Injects fine and can notice smoother and paler complexion. Was just a pain to filter...

you need to vent the vial
poke a needle in first for air to escape while filtering

use pes
.22um

While I agree that glutathione forms a cloudy mikly liquid, until the pH is in the right range, I have to add that glutathione is highly heat sensitive. In other words, it's thermal stability is low. I could not find much data to prove my point, but here is a table with glutathione in solution degrading even at room temperature. Your research would probably net better results, if the glutathione is not heated in the progress of dissolving, but instead cooled. Adding NaOh to it, heat is generated anyways. I always try to keep the temp as low as possible, to ensure a high quality end product.
