Injectable Aminos (Arginine, Ornithine, Citrulline) as pre-workout

Also GI distress for me. I’ve tried some branded liquid glycerol products (evogen was one). Def got great pumps but if I didn’t measure it accurately my sessions would be interrupted by bathroom runs. Also it does add some calories. So perhaps not ideal for a cutting phase.
You get GI Problems from Glycerin? Do you trink enough water with it? I mean like a lot!

Yes I consume about 7 liters per day, and usually 3 or so liters prior to my workout. I would add it to 1 L of water in my preworkout and still have GI distress. It says it right on the bottle to be aware of.
