IGF and power work

Deadlift Start with 220 kg, finish with 250 kg
Reverse mode 280 kg
Front squat from 80 kg to 120 kg

Then did a lot of isolation, kept the volume, and increased 10 -15 kg in weight

Another workout

Pull-ups with rubber. from 0 to 55 kg. The rubber was pulling down
Barbell bent over row from the floor from 110 kg to 150 kg
Hammer vertical pull from 70 kg to 100 kg
Hammer pulls from 60 kg to 100 kg
Seated cable row 80-120 kg
Pullover in crossover 37-40 kg

Last workouts of the cycle

The New Cycle. June 3 competition. I hope there will be no IPF rules. I am involved in the organization, my opinion expressed, for the alternative. I haven't tried my hand at a competition in 3 movements, decided to do the preparation soon enough before the start. To adapt to the power load, to show a result above my own now.

Just the cycle fell on the new year and I also had a birthday, as a sign from above. Because of the interruption of work, a little bit out of the mode with the food. But I keep the amount of carbohydrates around 550-600 every day. I plan to increase the amount. Fats 1 gram per 1 kg of weight, protein about 2 grams.

1 workout.

Bench press from 5 to 2 reps. Weight was up to 137 kg.

Bench press reverse mode 160 kg on 3 reps

Bench-press with fixation (I put the bar on the fixation devices and squeeze from the starting point) my weight was 115 kg, I did from 5 reps. Why this option? I had a hump when I was a teenager. I still have a curvature of 4 vertebrae. When I touch the bar to my chest, I stop it sharply, if the bar starts to squeeze me, then my movement design is broken and I can not lift a lot of weight. This type of movement makes me work every rep as if it happened.

The bench press with an unstable weight. I hang 20 kg on hinges , and then those hinges on the bar. It's a very unusual feeling. The weight in this movement is no more than 100 kg and 10 repetitions.

Bench press with a rubber. I try to work at least 10-12 times, in the maximum amplitude and with the effort of the chest, not triceps. At this moment the pattern of the movement is practically destroyed.

Pull-ups

Last pull-downs in 4 variants

2 variants of the movement on the rear part of the delts

Extension on the triceps in a block

3 workouts go up as in intensity, but there is volume preservation, at the expense of increased volume.

For example 3*15, 4*12, 5*10. Rest remains unchanged.

Yes the final workout is quite a long workout. You have to work for about 2.5 - 3 hours without rest. During training I use 120 grams of carbohydrates in the form of dextrose or maltodextrin.

Before training I always use about 150-200 carbohydrates. I also throw in 20-25 grams of coconut oil. 1 gram of ashwagandha. I also use 13 other supplements.

IGF is not one of those 13. ....

Standing pull from 5 to 2 repetitions. I did the move without the belt. The weight was up to 230, but it was not heavy. At the next workout I did 240.

Reverse deadlift 260 kg for 2 reps

I wanted to do deadlift with rubber (15 kg weight) from three in a row (3 rows) to five in a row (at the final training session I wish to use 15, 25, 35, 45 kg rubbers and 200 kg weight). In each training session I want to increase + 10 kg. I started with 180, at the next training session it was 190.

Barbell row from the floor with 120 kg. In finals I would like to reach 140 kg for 6 reps. After the deadlift it was quite a heavy move.

I was doing leg press in full amplitude, feet down as much as possible. After that I immediately do lunges while walking.

Leg curls with rubber

It is quite unusual to squat and do deadlift in one week in a power lifting manner. My back feels good. The only thing is I took four days off. We have a very scary virus, everyone gets sick and has a fever. I was faced with the fact that I was constantly coughing and swollen throat and nose. decided not to risk it. Did cardio and stretching these days.

Bench press incline smith 80 to 120 kg

Horizontal bench press smith 90 to 130 kg

Chest crossover 20 kg in each hand for 15 reps

Seated Cable Rows using 3 different grips I work with weights from 80-100 kg 12-15 reps each

Dumbbell lateral 20 kg in each hand

dumbbell lateral sitting 14 kg per hand

40 kg biceps machine in addition to training machine

This workout goes as a pumping, for the equation of the planes and the work of the joints. From the 20th number, I will have an examination by doctors. there are opinions that the IGF hormone contributes to certain problems of the organs. For example eyes, heart, gastrointestinal tract, I want to check it all now. I have something to compare it with, I have old data from last year.

I went to the doctor, my eyes were fine. I still need to get a couple of examinations from other specialists. If anything I have an 8. If you go to a doctor with a similar problem and show him this video, he will give you up. Fortunately I found a more or less specialist lately. Who even says "don't do this naturally"))). It is safe to conclude, you can go further. At the beginning of January I was working on the PL cycle. Now I'm in the second part of the cycle. I emphasized the workload volume, but I increased the intensity.

I had 15 sets of classic deadlift during my workout.

barbell rows from the floor. This is one of the best preparations for me.

I did multiple repets of leg press with rubber and then 30-40 walking lunges

I'm finishing leg curl with a rubber band, also in repetition mode.

My goal is to get more or less summed up and go to the competitions.
IGF helps me to reach my goal. I also do different additional procedures, which influence my recovery.

Bench press incline smith 85 to 105 kg

Horizontal bench press smith 95 to 115 kg

Chest crossover 20 kg in each hand for 15 reps

Seated Cable Rows using 3 different grips I work with weights from 80-100 kg 12-15 reps each

Dumbbell lateral 20 kg in each hand ,after the drop set

dumbbell lateral sitting 14 kg per hand, after the drop set

45 kg biceps machine in addition to training machine, after the drop set

Compared to the last workout, there was less intensity in the bench press. But I do it on purpose, because my next workout I'm going to do +15-20 kg on the move, and in the 3rd workout I'm going to try to do +5-10 kg more. This way I will keep the volume, but increase the intensity. I specially attach a video that it really works in practice.

We have some kind of plague in our area. Every second person gets something sick. Some have a fever, some have a cough. I have a stuffy nose, I can't breathe, I'm so weak. For 5 days I just lay at home. After that, I did 4 workouts, to work on the training process. Today I will start with the bench press. I was not going to work with high intensity, but I was going to work at high volume.

I`ve noticed that those who set serious sports goals when I`m sick I worry much. I have a few people who are preparing to competitions and got sick. They get depressed. Sometimes we have to work on a psychological level. I myself was also a little worried. I was at the peak of my cycle and then I got sick. Of course, it hurts, but you have to move on.

Work began. Started with volume. For a couple of days not very strong appetite. Another wild weather fluctuation, then it was cold, during the day it was hot, sometimes it was cloudy after it was sunny. It was overcast during the day, and I didn't want to leave the house, in the evening it started to snow heavily. The weather is somehow affecting my condition lately. The competition has been postponed for a month, the planned date is July 2. On training:

Bench-press 120,127,132,140,140 kg
Bench press 152 and 160 kg
Bench press with slingshot elbow 162 and 170 kg
Bench press 120 kg
Bench press with unstable weights 100 kg
Bench press with resistance band 80 kg + 2* 15 kg
Pull-ups
Lat pull down with 4 different grip positions
Rear deltoids work, Reverse Cable Crossover
Triceps pushdown

I had not fully recovered from my illness. I got sick again. Before that, I did :

Deadlift with 190-230 kg.
Reverse mode 250 kg

Resistance band 15-35 kg and barbell 190, deadlift

Deadlift with grip in the lock 180

barbell rows 120-140 kg from the floor

Leg press with Resistance band 50 kg and weights at maximum amplitude I put my feet down as much as possible.
+
Walking lunges

Leg curl + Resistance band

I use Resistance band in many movements, which is a very good way to increase your strength. Also gives a peak contraction in the muscle group during work.

Now I was waiting for the meeting on the organization of the event. We will have NPC, crossfit and powerlifting. The only thing will be the Wilkes system. The date is July 2. I hope we will be able to squeeze out the maximum and without injuries.

I did not give a reason to be depressed. The recovery was done. Had to do four workouts. Really caught a very fierce virus. To be honest for 14 days the inflammation in my throat and nose is not going away completely. I worked up to 200 kg squat, bench press 130 on 6 reps and no higher, 200 on 5 repetitions of deadlift. I didn't lose any weight during the illness, and I tried to eat. Now I began to do standard workouts. I've decided to get some new equipment in addition. I wanted to try looped slingshot. I took a reserve of 3 loops at once. I take part in organization of competitions. Some of our athletes don't like bandages on their knees. Either they're afraid of working with big weights or something else. But I was asked to make the regulations, so I'm going to suggest RAW.

I did my squat training after the recovery and I`ve managed to put the weight up to 230 kg. I also did a bench press with 140 kg, 2 reps each, and a light sling at the elbow for 175-2. Tomorrow I'm gonna do deadlift.

The day of the deadlift. I decided to do a lot of work, I got to 220 kg from 180 kg. To be honest it was very easy. I decided to do reverse mode, and as a result I pulled 270 kg without the belt. I think if everything goes well by the summer I can get up to +300kg. In the morning I had absolutely no pain in my muscles.

I did one more workout, which is a pumping up. Doing it for the equation of all the circuits in the joints. Pretty good weights started in isolation movements. A very good bench press became in the smitt machine. A very good start to the new cycle. You can go forward after the recovery.

I'm getting into a powerful rhythm. I lifted good enough weights on the 1st workout of the cycle. I plan to do 3-4 workouts before the decline. Noticed that it's possible to work at the peak for 4 weeks and do unload on the 5th week using wave periodization. When the weight is +200kg in squats, it's a little uncomfortable to work in bandages. I can't figure out when to stop and stand up sharply. Now I'm working on these moments and I'm doing about 5 approaches with +200 weight.

Squats are multi-repeat with 160-190 kg. Singles (2 reps) from 205 to 240 kg.

Squats from the support without bandages 140 5 times in low setting

Squats in the Smith and front squats at maximum amplitude

Hyperextension with 40 kg weights

Good morning with a 70 kg barbell

Quadriceps curls

Completed the weekly cycle. Now I want to do a wave. periodization. Thanks to this it is possible to increase the working weeks to 4-5.

I did a bench press of 147 kg in singles. Started from 130 on 5 repetitions. In the elbow slingshot I did 180 kg.

I did the deadlift without the belt from 185 kg for 5 reps up to 240 kg. Started to step up +15 kg with every approach. In reverse I did 260 and 280 kg 1 repetition each.

On the day of the lift. I bench pressed from 90 kg to 130 kg (smitt), doing various angles. I worked up my back, delts and some biceps.

After that the week started with squats, and that was today. I got up to 225 kilograms with a very good squat. The angle is below 90 degrees, about 105 even. After worked my way back up to 245 on 2. Starting to catch winding up in bandages on my knees at higher weights. The main thing is to keep stiffness and strength in the back.

I ordered new equipment. I want to try doing bench presses in soft equipment. I want to do alternations. I got a 3-piece slingshot. I'm gonna try to do it on Thursday. I'd like to get some 190-200 kilos.

Started working in a soft outfit. Worked in the bench press. I'm 16 weeks away from the start. I started using wave periodization. 1 intensity workout, 2 high volume workouts and working out the weight in 3 sets. Doing 3 and 4 workouts. After the middle week. On volume day I decided to try slingshot. I was able to bench press 190 kg. But the loops squeezed my body wildly. An assistant pushed the bench back for me when I went to 200 kg. At that weight I'm already looking for help in the gym. When I lowered the bar I wanted to do a foot start, I got the wrong position. 200 squeezed, but not in full amplitude. I'll try another day.

I managed to do a standing pull. It was also a busy day. I worked out 220-230, and after that I did 260 on 2. I started to train the lock. I don't want to use a hand grip. Now I'm temporarily without IFR because I ran out of it. I can't get it because of the weather conditions. But 250 ml of testosterone undecanoate helps me out.

I also want to do an experiment. As you know, deca and boldenone have a long decay time. I think to cheat a little and to put 1 week boldenone and 2 weeks only deca (without boldenone) literally on 250 ml too.

Week 16 is almost over in reserve I have 1 workout with iron, I will do deadlift. And the other day is recovery training and cardio. I use stretching and percussion gun, I pump my abs and calves.

Got my blood work done. Pretty much everything is good. Only thing is I can't find a good cardiologist and phlebologist, would like to see those nuances. Now I will finish the flow of students at work, I have almost 90 of them and I will look for a specialist to check these points.

I will be ordering an Infrajet by May. So far I've been using some dough and alternating between nandrolone and boldenone.

In a workout to pump up the body. I've increased the weights by 5-10kg in my movements. In Smith the bench press went to 135 , and the incline to 125. On squatting day I started to do a good lower slump. The angle between my knee and pelvis was about 105 degrees. So I didn't have any problems with the bottom. In the bench press with a reserve without rubber, I did 150 kg. I plan to do deadlift without belt at 250, and with rubber at 285.

Own weight shifted by 1.5 kg. I tried to be exactly 110. But now my weight is 111.5-112. Sometimes I use a shake instead of a meal. Where I mix 4 kinds of protein and 4 kinds of carbs. I get 300 carbs and 120 protein in a shake. In addition to that I do three meals. During workout I drink dextrose or amylopectin 120 grams with 40 grams of amino acids.

Unfortunately, I suffered a minor injury. On the very last day I did a pull-up of 285 in reverse mode. The weight was not heavy. I had a reserve of 290-295 exactly. I did 250 without the rubber, I didn't even feel it. I did 230 on 3. But I made a mistake. I hooked up a lot of stretching. Some days I did 30-40 minutes of this kind of workout. I was getting more mobile. I did the movement without the belt and pushed my pelvis forward a lot. I try to work from the knees not only straightening the body. But I also work the pelvic joint. It's like doing a gluteal bridge.

The first couple of days I felt a lot of discomfort in my back. Now the pain is almost gone. I did two not heavy upper body workouts. Found a very good massage therapist. He spent almost 3 hours of his time in one session. Went to him several times really helped a lot. I decided to do not heavy bench press from 3-5 reps. with 120-140 kg. I've never felt so much freedom in my joints. I also plan to use stretching and go for a massage at the end of the 4 week cycle on the easy week. Now I have exactly 14 weeks left until the competition. Hopefully I can recover in the squats and deadlift.

Plan to increase my diet a bit, started to feel a little hungry.

Increased organs from the use of steroids, growth hormone, or maybe IGF. You've probably heard stories of this nature, where this kind of thing has been intimidated. Add to that the stories of cancer formation and it makes your hair stand on end. But is it really so?

I will not speak for everyone, everyone has his own lifestyle, body's strength reserve, and I will not lie about the quality of drugs. Some people take 2 cc of some AAS, and others at least +2 grams per week. But I dared to make an experiment last year personally on myself. I had never used a substance that promoted an increase in growth hormone or IGF/Somatomedin C. I ended up taking the real INFRAJET brand IGF, tried using it for a few months. After that, did a little rest. Plugged in a form of testosterone undecanoate in therapeutic dosage and plugged INFRAJET 1 before training again.

I tried to eat about 4500-5000k calories a day, work out, in short keep more or less active. I've been training with a PL style bias, but my pumping is at least strength building style. I hear a bunch of stories about side effects all the time. You know, this story today is similar to the protein situation. We all have acquaintances who drank buckets of protein, injected steroids, got pumped up, deflated, now he has brain and potency problems, and not only women know this, but also men (I wonder how the men tested his potency). However, no one has any examinations, duplicated data, studies BEFORE and AFTER.

Before my first performances, I very carefully monitor the tests, and not just blood. I make sure to monitor the organs, their function and size. I also closely examine the condition of my blood vessels, both in my upper body and in my lower body. One of the things I do is squatting in bandages. I don't want unnecessary problems. I try to have these procedures done every year. In order to trace the dynamics. And it doesn't matter if you're using something like a hormonal supplement or not, you have to have these procedures.

What do I have in the end? My main problem is my eyes. My eyesight is 8. If you carefully study the physiology of the eye organ, there is information that the increase of certain hormones will have a negative effect, and if we add to this work with a barbell. At this stage I was doing 260 kilos in the squat and 285 in the deadlift in reverse. The most interesting thing is that my vision even improved by a small fraction of a percent, in part my dry eye even decreased.

We take the heart. I'm not just doing an EKG. I do a full ultrasound. And I do the ultrasound after a small cardio load on purpose. Listening to all the valves, in short, a complete check of the work and condition. And now shock content!!! When I started working out, I weighed exactly 42 kg! I was about 19 years old at the time. My heart didn't increase in crazy size. Slight good hypertrophy is provided by the left ventricle, which all athletes will be a bit enlarged due to exercise since you have to constantly pump blood to the muscle in large sizes. At this point I weighed 111.5 kg. When I had the ultrasound a year and a half ago, I had no change for the worse. However, there was a slight prolapse in the valve. This time there was no prolapse at all. And the heart was the size of an average static person, only with a slight tilt again in the ventricle because of the specifics of the sport.

Moving on, the vessels. I feel very strongly about this whole subject. You know atherosclerosis, plaques, caloric diet, throw in some hormones, endothelial destruction, the list goes on. Plus my parents have varicose veins (there is a certain genetic predisposition), and I am not 18 years old anymore. As a result, I have not found anything bad or even critical in any segment, which I am very happy about. Therefore I can safely continue to use bandages and improve my strength potential.

Now let's go over the rest of the organs, from the kidneys and liver to the pancreas and spleen. Unfortunately, I have a little liver dyskinesia. I've had it since I was a teenager. Of course, when you don't eat, but you eat 5000 calories of food, the gastrointestinal tract won't thank you. I'm not a natural heavyweight at all, but by some miracle I once crawled up to +100. As a result, little bile issues are present as usual. However, every single organ is in the same condition.

What is the moral of the fable? I, not recommending you to put substances for nothing. Before you do anything, study the material. Take measurements BEFORE and AFTER (this may apply to analysis). Next, draw conclusions, analyze your options, there may be mistakes. However, if you hear very contradictory reviews, before you believe them, try to find out why the person thinks so. Unfortunately, most of the time people stick to Grandma Agafia's recipes rather than their own research and conclusions.

Ps: I have not only used IGF to maintain the body, there is another range of supplements, treatments that I do. I'm sure it's a combination of all factors combined.

Good afternoon, everyone. I didn't write because I lost my voice a lot. The ligament in my throat is 2 centimeters inflamed. I had to be treated with heavy medication. That affects the muscles. After these drugs, there was a lot of spasms in the muscles. Every repetition was like the last and hardest. All repetitions are heavy. I was also highly intoxicated. Our temperature went up 12-15 degrees in +. That could have influenced it, too. I ran into the problem that a regular barbell doesn't work for me. I want a rigid barbell with a notch on the squat. Something like Texas for deadlift, but unfortunately there's no such thing. Plus I faced the negativity of the trainers in the gym. The senior coach is trying to put sticks in the wheels, pestering me about how I set up for the final approach. Unfortunately in my area, they do not work with weights much. One of the reasons is that clients are impressionable and they have to explain something. Therefore there is now a negative in my direction. I began to come to the gym late around 8 p.m. and go to the very depths, where I do my altar with a frame and a barbell.

What about the weights:

Squats are 235 by a wild margin. Reverse mode 265.
Bench press 160, reverse 175. Tried the loop sling 2 times, very hard to squeeze. But I was practically squeezing 200 in technique.
I did deadlift 255 with some reserve. Before that, I did 240 on 3. Reverse mode 290 kg with plenty of reserves too. I regretted very much that I had not done 300. It was just a symbolic figure for me.

Now I'm gonna finish two workouts and go on unloading. After unloading I'm going to do IGF again.

A little rest without posts. When I started training in February I got sick, in March I hurt my throat ligaments (I practically could not speak), in April the effects of the medicine began to come out (spasm from all the muscle structures and ligaments was strongly removed since I treated my throat), in May I picked up something again (I had a temperature of 38.5 without any problems with my organs, and then I was intoxicated for a whole week). June is left, I do not want to give up as I planned to perform. After powerlifting, I will do my form in the classics. But the hard work should be done. I quit every cycle as soon as I reached my peak, but I'm going to try to force myself in June. I was moving forward in spite of all my problems:

I did 240 kg squat, and I did 280 kg in reverse with a rubber.

Bench press 160, reverse 190

Deadlift 265, reverse 300

Many other exercises also went up a lot, around 110-120 kilograms for 10-12 times. In the movements on the back if it's lever machines 100 kilograms per side. By doing this, my tonnage has increased a lot. The competition will be July 8, let's see what happens
