After about 4-5 years of training, I have decided I want to take something to enhance my results a bit. However, rather than doing AAS (since a - I am probably not ready for them yet and b - I don’t want to start something I can never really “stop") I would rather do something slightly less extreme. Therefore, I am looking at IGF-1 LR3 as an option. I like the fact that it is not the sort of thing you have to keep taking forever. (I could do 2 or 3 cycles and keep my results for good) It would just help bring me slightly past my genetic potential for muscle building.
I like everything I have heard/read about it so far. From what I understand, it can help pack on a subtle but noticeable amount of muscle (about 2lb lean muscle per 50 day cycle on top of natty gains) while helping burn a bit of body fat and gives a “fuller” look to your muscles from the hyperplasia.
However, this is all just based on people I have talked to/things I have read. Any thoughts on IGF-1 LR3 as a first cycle?
