You should really "research " this some more, ALOT MORE!!If HGH raises my RHR through tyroid conversion, can i supplement something that will bring it down ? I already do daily fasted cardio
1) What you may consider to be "cardio" may not actually be. Do at least 2.5/3 hours of ZONE 2 cardio a week, with an additional 1 HIIT session (something like 4x4 Norwegian method)If HGH raises my RHR through tyroid conversion, can i supplement something that will bring it down ? 2) Are you carrying excess weight (fat)? Losing body fat (becoming lighter) will likely lower your RHR, sometimes by a significant amount
Do the above for an extended period of time, but if it's not working as well as you had hoped (VERY unlikely) you can introduce a selective beta-blocker like Nebivolol (start at 2.5mg), or something like Ivabradine (again, at the lowest dose so perhaps 2.5mg x2 a day). I personally haven't tried the latter.
Yes you can, but check your BP you don't want to drop it too lowThanks for your input man, no I’m pretty lean, can I run a beta blocker with Telmisartan?

Thanks appreciate the feedbackThe only things that brought HR down for me on GH (95bpm+ at rest) was:
- Ivabradine at 5mg 2x per day (got me to 80-82bpm at rest)
stacked with
- Diltiazem SR 90mg per day if Iva doesn't get it low enough (brought me down to 70-72bpm at rest).
Nebivolol alone at 10-15mg made no difference and would only offset AAS HR increases but 10mg was in the stack as well. Most recent measure was 114-68 for BP.

I started at 5IU daily and it began there. It stayed the same for any dose above that. I spent a month at 5IU at it was there the entire time. 10IU for another 2 months and it was the same. Even tested a few days 15IU> and HR was the same.95 bpm?? What was your HGH dosing per week?
