If all pros use higher test why you claim low test is better ?

fat gains in the 25 and 50 mg weekly groups (almost 8 pounds of fat gain in the lowest testosterone group).
Which makes sense. 25 and 50mg would put them into a low test state, or very close to it. Pair that with a lack of exercise and fat gain is inevitable.

It blows my mind how all of these people watch some douchebag on Instagram go on about how bad test is and how it will make you fat and bloated and believe it when there’s strong scientific evidence that directly contradicts that bullshit.

I’ve cut on 500mg of test before. It works great. Anyone who tells you that you can’t cut on moderate to high doses of test and that you need to run it low is a fucking idiot, plain and simple.

As far as I know, this is the only scientific evidence available. Note that they stopped at 600 a week. There is no evidence for whether 750 would have performed better or worse. 600 is as high as we know, but it sure looked promising up to 600.

Now combine that 600 mg of testosterone with a bodybuilding diet and weightlifting and cardio . . . and, blam! You get fat. Or, well, so says somebody posting up above in this thread.

When I was younger and reckless I ran 3grams of testosterone a week and i couldn’t eat enough food. My body was burning through everything. I saw daily changes. I was getting leaner and fuller by the week.

Also since you have.experience here, is there a difference in testosterones ability to build.muscle depending on ester? I realize how dumb that sounds. Seriously, is say sustanon inferior to say enanthate at building muscle on a mg = mg basis?

Enanthate 300. I think I was using around 1mg adex eod and 20mg nolvadex a day.
As far as kick in time It was so long ago that I don’t really remember.
I wasn’t using anyother compounds because I wanted to see what really pushing a testosterone dosage would do.
I’ve never noticed a difference in esters. I’ve only used sustanon once.

I think guys forget how good a testosterone cycle can really be.
 
Longevity, longevity, longevity. Yes for sure, we all know that the big monsters on stage run big monster doses, but with few exceptions, most of us aren’t them, and the ones that are big and stay stage ready, guys like @MuscleFreak & @Mac11wildcat if I recall correctly, run fairly conservative doses when they’re just cruising.
My last cruise was 200 test,100 mast 100 primo... usually i do just test and HGH.

I don't think I have seen anybody admit to 3g a week before on this forum, so you have to tell us more!

How long did you do it? Why did you stop? Why have you not repeated it? Were you competing back then?

No negative sides really besides some water retention and bp was a little high. I ran it for 12 weeks. I felt great honestly. I didn’t repeat it because I got tired pinning that much oil.
I’ve never competed. Prepped twice but I realized I like everything about bodybuilding except getting so lean I felt like death and getting oiled up to be judged by strangers.

Did you gradually go up to that dose? What did you see at the different dosages? interesting experiment, im curious to hear what you noticed at different dosages both negative and positive.

No. I started week 1 at 3grams per week.

It was so long ago that I don’t remember everything. My strength was through the roof, but I couldn’t eat enough to support that amount of hormones.
personally the more test I take the better I feel.
However, now I’m older with a different mindset and I have an amazing little girl that is my best friend in the world so I won’t push things too extreme any more. I don’t want to take more drugs to counteract the sides of drugs.

I always thought it was weird how guys will blast 1500- whatever grams of steroids stacked but it was almost largely taboo to openly admit to using 1500+ of just testosterone.
you’ll have guys jumping in a saying “bro, no one needs that much” or whatever.
well nobody NEEDS any of it unless you’re a competitor.
None of this is healthy and if you’re doing it for health then take up running.
I see guys using 750 test, 500 deca or tren 400 mast and then 50-100mg of orals a day and it’s high but it’s not crazy. I just don’t see how that’s any better than taking 2grams of test.
Try different shit at different dosages. There’s no class to take or study to read that will give you the knowledge and experience.
Get your bloods done and learn to train and eat properly but actually everyone should actually give it a proper run before having an opinion.

I’ll be honest it was over 10 years ago and I don’t remember how much I was eating.
i was pretty lean at the time and I do remember eating everything I could get my hands on.
it felt like my body was utilizing everything I put in it.
as for not being able to eat enough to support that amount of hormones, i think the calories should support amount of drugs you’re taking and I think if I could’ve eaten a ton more food then I would’ve grown a lot more of that makes any sense. I also had a very physically demanding job at the time.
I think if you’re already very lean then it will be very hard or for some next to impossible to get fat taking a lot of drugs.
