Yeah, they cant impeach him over filling an open seat on the SCOTUS. Its his constitutional obligation as POTUS. Simple as that. They will just use the process to tie up congressional hearings to delay the confirmation of the new judge. They are assuming of course Biden will win.
Kamala is the most liberal candidate in the Senate. As evidence by her voting record. She is as hypocritical as it gets from a constitutional standpoint and as a law maker. These liberals are all walking contradictions. They stand for nothing except a new world order.

Just discovered this thread. I had @Big_paul on ignore for some reason. Can't imagine why : ). He gets points for this thread, though. The perfect troll thread, and everyone seems to be having a good time laughing at the idea of Trump losing. Maybe he will win, and maybe not.
But consider something a little more likely in this election or the next. What if the Dems keep the House, and take the Senate. Then they use their collective majorities to amend the Constitution with, oh I dunno, maybe a social justice enforcement clause, or significant mods to the 2nd Amendment. More than a few RINO congress critters would go along, I'm sure.
Imagine what would happen if your city or even your HOA is suddenly unable to block section 8 housing in any zone. Imagine family businesses being forced to hire minorities in preference to family members. I've seen these both proposed in the last 12 months in VA.
We've all seen the unconstitutional gun control legislation, some of it actually passing without the USSC even agreeing to look at it. It would be simple to amend the Constitution to make any sort of ban legal.
In the past this sort of thing was unlikely, because neither the left or right wanted to upset the balance in that manner. They and their corporate masters liked things the way they were. But no more. The corporate powers the at be want change, and therefore so do the politicians.
So those who said they would abide by the law (not riot, loot and burn) if Trump lost. What would you do if the Dems started legally amending the Constitution?

The really fucked up part is i truly believe they dont understand the consequences for a Biden/Harris vote. They think they are voting anti trump. But they are voting anti constitution. Resistance to it would be justified because of the crooked manner in which it would happen which i.m.o wouldn't make what they do legal.
