Yeah, they cant impeach him over filling an open seat on the SCOTUS. Its his constitutional obligation as POTUS. Simple as that. They will just use the process to tie up congressional hearings to delay the confirmation of the new judge. They are assuming of course Biden will win.

But consider something a little more likely in this election or the next. What if the Dems keep the House, and take the Senate. Then they use their collective majorities to amend the Constitution with, oh I dunno, maybe a social justice enforcement clause, or significant mods to the 2nd Amendment. More than a few RINO congress critters would go along, I'm sure.

Imagine what would happen if your city or even your HOA is suddenly unable to block section 8 housing in any zone. Imagine family businesses being forced to hire minorities in preference to family members. I've seen these both proposed in the last 12 months in VA.

We've all seen the unconstitutional gun control legislation, some of it actually passing without the USSC even agreeing to look at it. It would be simple to amend the Constitution to make any sort of ban legal.

In the past this sort of thing was unlikely, because neither the left or right wanted to upset the balance in that manner. They and their corporate masters liked things the way they were. But no more. The corporate powers the at be want change, and therefore so do the politicians.

I wouldn't riot, loot or burn down private businesses, no positive outcome to what these idiots are doing.

I live in the present my friend. it is good to know history (most who speak of history and obsess over it know very little about world history, they think history begins and ends at US slavery). But dwelling on history and fuming over it is pointless. Living in the present and setting up your own future will yield the best results.
