Soyence says shocking the muscle isn’t a thing. Some old school guys swear it’s a thing. I don’t have a strong opinion on it, especially in regards to timing. I do think when I add in new exercises and get sore as shit I’m “shocking” the muscle and there’s probably something to that.

Everyone should just do what they think works. There’s no shortage of dudes who got huge behind trying to confuse the muscle

it was a thing arnold did for his high volume workout just because he had so many excerises.

even tho a bicep curl is a bicep curl he hit it for all angles possible. he trained chest in incline, decline, flat, same principle for flies. if you are plateuing hard on a excerise i dont see why u cant hit it from another angle as a fix but you will also get used to that after a few weeks.

for chaging excerises specifially, shouldn't do it too quickly because of neural adaptions.
 
no worries….as i said as you get older you will change the routine…or you will be like the 80 percent of people and you will just stop working out for whatever reason once you hit a certain age….good luck
 
Oh I forgot about the HGH question.

In my experience HGH is not cost effective. It works but it’s expensive, it has to be ran 6 minimum (why not just say for years at this point), and the IU dose has to be sort of high.

If you have Scrooge McDuck type money go for it. If not, spend the money more wisely. Reta, Sema, Tirz, DNP…. Or just better quality food.
GH does not need to be run for months. IGF is elevated innediately, lipolysis and anti lipogenesis are activated immediately, the 3D look happens immediately
 
What should I do with 100mg injectable dbol ampoules? Seems too much to inject in one go? I guess split into five syringes and put them in the fridge?

I’ve got 900mg of dbol, 1300 mg of var and 1000mg of anadrol to use up.
And 20mg of methyl tren but this probably belongs in the bin.

As for the shocking the muscles, l guess that’s one way to describe a periodised routine. Certainly I am not able to do linear progression any more, I just end up in stall-deload loop while getting fat.

Sure IGF1 goes up in a few days and lipolysis is near instantaneous but what are you trying to advocate here?

Take GH for a week before your beach vacation? Zero noticeable fat loss and you might not even get increased muscle fullness bc that's not enough time to titrate up to a 'muscle fullness' dose

You may want to consider selling the dbol to a buddy. You said you had estro sides on 400 test 250 primo…. I cannot see your body tolerating dbol to well (a lot of people do).

If you keep it, yes I agree with you, 100mg is too high for one dose. You see inj dbol in 20mg-40mg per ml usually.

I would suggest dividing an amp into 3, 30IU insulin syringes (you can overfill each SLIGHTLY) and using them pre workout.

Same holds true for testosterone, dbol, and every other drug. The only thing that’s going to cause a difference in a week is a PSMF diet and a bunch of diuretics. Can’t gain any muscle in that time.
