So far my experience has been pretty polarizing. Placed an order towards the end of Feb. Took them two weeks to get me a tracking # that doesn't exist. Was working with Kaia, but decided to bring Yura into it. They had to reship due to freight issues, didn't get a tracking number. Weeks of "I'll ask the company tomorrow" and "wait this week and if nothing will refund". Week rolls around and I just want a refund. Won't give me a refund and gives me again a tracking num# that doesn't exist.

EO wouldn’t stop me from buying their oils. I’m not allergic to it. And if DHT is truly the only oil with guaiacol in it that’s actually pretty impressive. I have a bunch of their injectable orals around here. I need to give that claim the smell test.
