They eventually refunded me for this order, but it is ridiculous that you have to chase a refund for weeks. Not only did they send me a package missing half my order, but they also were stalling the refund like crazy and daring to take 10% to themselves. This is a very bad look for HYB and I advise everyone to pause the orders until they fix their issues.

And this was only a 300$ refund which is nothing for them. Imagine how it will be when you place a bigger order with them...

Placed an order at the end of January with the understanding this would ship at the end of the Chinese New Year break. Received one tracking number on the 12th with no movement then another random excuse and replacement tracking number on the 20th. Zero movement on either since. Not pleased or holding my breath at this point

What i don’t understand is what’s so secretive about the China tracking # and why they won’t provide it and cut it off in the picture of update so we can see that movement to the States!?!?

Well don’t knock it if it works. It seems like the lower profile vendors from China ( that aren’t found in this forum) have been using this method for a while with good success.

At least they provide you with concrete updates via screenshots (I'm assuming that's what you're referring to). Honestly, if a source being extra-cautious with opsec results in less chance of unwanted detection on their end so that they can stay in business and keep the products arriving at my door, I'm all for it.

Why would they tell you what plane a shit ton of illegal products will be on heading to your country? Yours is not the only pack that gets sent, there’s a bunch. Why give them an easy target to nab a pallet of AAS?

Because the other sources I use give you the tracking from HK. Then when it hits the states it shows the usps tracking. It’s not uncommon

"Not uncommon" might not be the best approach right now. With all the shit going down, a little more prudence would not be unwarranted. Don't need more vendors getting popped.
