My post was directed at Jim not you but I do think you are inaccurate in saying these guys haven't made valid points. They've tried to provide some level of fact based analysis to prove the point that a 7-10X rule might not be the gold standard for which we should all strive for, at least as it relates to measuring up a UGL. He even posted some lab work, which no doubt Jim will discredit as having proven nothing. But it's something and it's a lot more than proponents of the 10X rule have provided. Saying "learn how to use Google" is, at best, a way to belittle and dodge and, at worst, provides credence to the speculation that no such evidence exists! Having been on TRT myself I can attest to the variability of my own blood work.
I'm not suggesting that I know the answer but If there are studies to support the 10x rule then I would be interested in reviewing. I have happily given praise to Jim when he's enlightened us as I did in thread related to the HPLC testing (assuming they are true). Guys on here have been respectful in their refutations so I don't get the hostility.

Here we have a graph of TT in nmol/L vs days after injection after what i think is 7 weeks (let me know if i misinterpret that. at 200mg/wk we see the max TT is about just before day 2 at 50 nmol/L= 1440 ng/dL. this is about 7.2x dosage level.
take a look and let me know if i went wrong anywhere

i went straight to chapter 11.3.3 by looking in the contents as that is the chpt that pertains to test cyp. converting is easy, just used google

i believe they go on to say max levels occur after 24 hours after injection for Test E

A few other members have come back with numbers between 7-10×.
There are notations for numbers reading as high as 12x.

Is my understanding correct that there IS an independent HPLC on its way from an objective 3rd party, analyzing a random Test E amp so the AP debacle can be settled once and for all? Needless to say, if the data presented here stems from AP and/or their associates, then its value as evidence may be nill.
