How to run during PCT?

Hello,
Im about to start PCT for my first cycle. I gained 14 kilos at my peak weight and have been leaning out for the last 3 weeks since i run too and need to reach some running goals.

I would like resources on how to keep running during PCT while not losing muscle and whatnot, what adjustments i need to do, etc. I will be training in the gym low volume high weights, just not sure if 3 days or 6 days a week (adjusting volume), depending on what kind of frequency is optimal. I will be at a caloric surpluss.

Im planning to use HGH, salbutamol, caffeine, cardarine, etc. and got insulin if it's of any help and have used it in the past.

The sad reality is that you can't do anything really to not lose muscle after discontinuing steroids.

Low volume High intensity is perfect to keep as many strength gains as you can. But your body will not think the same you will be a lot more prone to injuries.

If you training for running, why then care about keep your muscle mass? is counterproductive to have a lot of muscle if you're into running.


As far as keeping the gains. I would do a light program. Medium volume low intensity. You will be catabolic if you came off hormones.
Now if you go ball on the wall for training you're going to be even more catabolic and lose muscle mass.

I would use everything you have to keep on the muscle except insulin.

Do GH injection morning and pre-bed , if your dosage allows pin some after training. I would also dose cardarine 3x a day trying to avoid fat gain.
Caffeine I would take in the morning (i don't like it pre it crashes me after even a low dose)
Salbutamol I would use it pre as a performance enhancer.

Keep your calories at maintenance it doesn't matter you're going to lose most of your muscle anyway. You don't want to overeat cause you'll be gaining fat.


You shouldn't use steroids in the 1st place if you're into running, maybe some Winstrol but that's it. Why go through that from the time that your goals don't match with steroids usage?

Raw bodybuilding that's what i would do for post cycle.

1st use some hcg
I would eat quality proteins with carbs only when necessary
I would have some healthy fats in my diet.
I would go to the gym 3-4 a week max!!!
I would pin GH religiously
and take my cardarine and salbutamol

Would do PPL routine or Full Body
1 main exercise per day try to keep the weight and reps as close as it was on cycle. Dont try to increase there is no reason no benefit only bad.
All the other exercise just play don't go overboard just push some blood into the muscle.
You don't want to have heavy training when you are post cycle. Rest Rest don't get tired at the gym. Eat light and quality.
Theres nothing you can do anyway only thing that matters is hormone values in the blood to keep muscle.
