Hello everyone,
I have a question about injection of bpc. If I inject it near the elbow, what tricks are there to form a skin fold?
I have extra short needles 4mm but can not form a crease and then inject, would bring a third hand. Do you use any brackets or are there other tools?

I was having the same issue injecting into my right elbow area. I found that the needle is small enough I can just insert at a 45 degree angle and it works perfect. Let your arm hang down and keep it relaxed then use the other hand to do the injection. No need to pinch.

I injected into my elbow with a 1/2in syringe and it worked perfect. I pressed the needle against the skin, and fold would just happen.
