Imho looks and money made it worse for me, it made it so girls expected me to be and act a certain way, and when I didn't it made them uninterested. In my case they wanted me to be the a-hole, even pushing the angry out of me because it turned them on, and I always had to not be myself.

Don't be boring. Be confident and nice BUT NOT ARROGANT/COCKY. Nothing is more unattractive to a girl than ego/cockiness on a date. Seriously, just show this girl your fun eccentric side. Take her to a bar arcade or something. Cheesy but she'll love it.
Step 3: Don't be pushy, just see where things go.

If sex isn't in the cards that particular night, who cares, act like you don't even want it. Perhaps next date. or move on to the next girl.
