OK I've been trying to up my fat a bit but I think maybe Im not upping them enough.
I'm trying to eat as clean as possible so Ive been having about 5 meals a day and adding half an avocado to each meal. Doesnt always happen though.
I feel like Im getting bloated and just eating too much and I'm force feeding it.
Perhaps I need to lower my carbs a bit and start leaning more on fats.
Or just add more fats.
What's the most amount of fats a person can have in a day? Is fatty liver an potential issue?

Carbs are optimal if you tolerate them well.
You can have as much fat as you want really assuming you also meet your protein needs.
Fatty liver doesn't happen bc you eat a lot of dietary fat.
