How to fit all the food in

OK I've been trying to up my fat a bit but I think maybe Im not upping them enough.

I'm trying to eat as clean as possible so Ive been having about 5 meals a day and adding half an avocado to each meal. Doesnt always happen though.

I feel like Im getting bloated and just eating too much and I'm force feeding it.

Perhaps I need to lower my carbs a bit and start leaning more on fats.

Or just add more fats.

What's the most amount of fats a person can have in a day? Is fatty liver an potential issue?

Some great responses here.

Carbs are optimal if you tolerate them well.

You can have as much fat as you want really assuming you also meet your protein needs.

Fatty liver doesn't happen bc you eat a lot of dietary fat.

"You can have as much fat as you want really assuming you also meet your protein needs."

Can you elaborate on this bit? Is there some danger in having too much fats if protein isnt also high enough?

Im currently only 62.5kg dripping wet and eating about 2400 calories a day.

I'm struggling to both put on weight and I'm finding that cooking, preparing and eating food is taking over my life.

Any tips on how to get these callories in and why I might not be gaining on 2400 cals a day?
Well I bring a microwave to work with me everyday cause theres nowhere to heat up food. Secondly, ill just bring a bag of sweat potatoes with me and peal them with my knife and eat them just like that. Then ill just bring 2 cartons of egg whites or whole eggs(cook thosr in the microwave too). Then i have the big container of oatmeal with banasas along with my whey protein powder and im good to go. Thats just on days that im bent for time. Life happens. Roll with the punches. If you wanna just get the calories in then google calorically dense foods...Pop-Tarts are one of those. Haha.
My take on the diet aspect is to get as many nutrients in with as little calories as possible but still hitting my calorie mark. I only mash my sweat potatoes or bake em. No milk or butter and I only drink water. No bread or pasta. There are better carb sources.

Basically it would be a keto diet if you went very high in fat and dropped carbs to around 50g/day or less. There's no health danger too much fats if protein needs aren't met but if protein needs aren't met you'll lose muscle or more muscle than necessary while cutting or not gain as much while bulking.
