How to deal with stupid bitch

Yeah I agree with that but, keep it like healthy fats like omegas and shit, no processed fats.. I see what you're saying now
Ya I got some omegas I'm trying to shove down her throat first thing in the morning. It's like trying to get your dog to eat the heart worm medicine. Got to manually do it. Haha

Ya she's clearly not getting that 10% and she's trying to eat 1,000 calories alone on top of working out...not good. I can see it in her. She complains of being exhausted and it's before her workout. Her maintenance calories are much higher then that and she's taking 2iu of GH a day (split routine).

She literally just texted me saying she feels a little dizzy but definitely light headed. I told her to eat a whole chicken breast and drink some water.

Like I mention before she needs more fats and to eat more.
Well of course you're going to feel tired on a calorie deficient, your bodys low on fuel. Tell her there's no way to overcome her fatigue considering she's doing it to herself.

Come on brother this is common sense. I understand you feel tired on a caloric deficit. Lol I've been there many of times but shes pushing it to far is my point.

If she listens to you then bump up the cats a bit to get around 0.3-0.4g/lb of BW around 1-1.25g/lb of BW in protein then whatever else she can get in carbs.

She says she feels better now.

9 months ago I had her on 2 low carb days and a high carb day and she did really well with that. She was active outside of training on that regimen and all she wants to do now is sleep. Kinda.

Increased calories through some good leafy greens and a little sweat potato a few hours prior and she said she felt better. Was smiling actually compared to her being slumped over like a sweaty mess. I rest my case.
