Thank you. Yes Sir. Serostim. Also have some Zomacton but figured I'd start the baseline with Serostim. Eventually compare with the less expensive UG stuff.Welcome to the club @readalot. Decided to take the plunge?
so your now using Serostim? At what dose , 1.5 ius?Thank you. Yes Sir. Serostim. Also have some Zomacton but figured I'd start the baseline with Serostim. Eventually compare with the less expensive UG stuff.
I paid out the ass for Omnitrope for a few years before I switched to carefully selected UGL. No noticeable difference for me in terms of feel, IGF-1, sides, etc. I'll be interested to see your take/results. Good luck my friend.Thank you. Yes Sir. Serostim. From what I was able to gather, IM injection works good for (PM) pre/post-workout. I haven't researched it myself, just trying to see what others are doing that works for them. I'm thinking of splitting 4iu into morning subq and pre-workout IM.i do all my hgh subq, i was thinking about trying it im , im not sure if it really matters as long as you get the hgh in away from carbs etc, ive read Subq is more effective on delivering steady levels of hgh in the bloodstream , effectively stimulating growth and metabolic processes similar to natural hormone releases,, Also proper site rotation minimizes risks like "lipoatrophy" at the injection site, ensuring safe long term use,,
I do all IM because it last less in the body, thus reducing insulin resistance. Of course if you do small doses splitted probably not an issue, if one is injecting 10+ IU a day it starts making a difference, plus less possible immunogenic response IMi do all my hgh subq, i was thinking about trying it im , im not sure if it really matters as long as you get the hgh in away from carbs etc, ive read Subq is more effective on delivering steady levels of hgh in the bloodstream , effectively stimulating growth and metabolic processes similar to natural hormone releases,, Also proper site rotation minimizes risks like "lipoatrophy" at the injection site, ensuring safe long term use,,

Disclaimer: I do IM too but this rationale is a lot of speculation.
Context: healthy bodybuilders (recreational or otherwise). Not autoimmunity or genetic deficiency kids etc
If it "last less in the body," is it also having fewer benefits? I'm lean, athletic, and insulin sensitive.
Wrt the immunogenic response, see contexts above. Healthy bodybuilders have been using loads of hGH since forever. Are they immune to their own hGH now? and what are the consequences
I trade probably less lipolytic effect (less time releasing FFA) for less insulin resistance.
Do I have any proof of it? Nope. I just find it easier to inject IM or shallow IM and so I do it. If I get these benefits (less insulin resistance) for me it's a worthy trade-off. If I don't.. well I'm injecting anyway
The numbers you found are really all there is to share. I've been pretty consistent historically (5/2, PM) and have always been around 450 although I am going to experiement with a different protocol soon.If you don't mind sharing, what were some of your results: GH dose vs IGF-1?
I found one from you 2.4/450; are there others?
You’re on quite the high horse for someone who thinks the number 15 is a complex conceptAw, are you still butt hurt from our last conversation? It’s okay, don’t worry—you might have a shot this time. Just try using a little more intellect instead of immediately spewing out whatever first comes to mind. That approach clearly hasn’t been working out too well for you.
Take your time, think it through—you got this.

Ah, it’s so nice to see the village idiots gathered in one place. Truly a support group for those committed to making life worse, one low-frequency thought at a time. The way you guys radiate negativity, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re actively growing your own tumors. That must explain why women lie about their age. "35 is too complex so I tell people I'm 30. So they don't get confused."

Dosing is set by body-surface area initially and titrated to tolerability. Prefer a large bolus rather than split since insulin resistance….. damn you guys are right I totally wrote a book bout this!!!

To be fair, people were being an asshole to @Nested first. If you inject yourself to the thread here, mind at least providing some factual information and be reasonable/respectful without being an asshole and at least contribute in some way that helps or backs your opinion up?
Its a forum to exchange knowledge and not to just insult each other.
That GH can contribute to growth factors is something i am sure most people are aware of and hope they do their due diligence to check their markers and keep on top of things.
