Been lurking these forums for a while. I've learned a lot and have to show my gratitude to have an information source like this available to us.
My goals aren't becoming a mass monster. I'm in my early 40's and my goals are optimizing my health and wellbeing, optimizing my training and results.
Currently on TRT for 4 months. Have started investigating TRT+ and HCG.

Just here looking to improve my knowledge, blown away by the amount of quality information in the forums and have learnt a significant amount already.
Hi all, intro post here. I've been on here for a few months, but first post. I'm approaching this space from a different perspective. I'm in the trans HRT homebrew scene. And looking to improve knowledge, find reputable sources for ingredients, and build up my own skill set. I'm a trans gal myself and take E, not T. But we have trans guys in our brewing group that take TRT. So I'm interested in sourcing quality and reliable raws providers. But mostly just lurking right now.

Newbie to the forum. Looks like a very informative forum. Glad to be here with you all.
Was a powerlifter/weightlifter for 5 years reached 325 bench 495 lb squat , 285 powerclean , fell out of exercising for 3 years due to career. Looking forward to getting back on my fitness journey with some life changes and PEDS. Ill be starting with a cutting cycle where i aggressively go after fat loss and try to preserve my muscle mass.
Thanks for having me here, learned so much already lurking the last couple months and already met some great people helping along in my education in this process.
27 years old, football my whole life as an offensive lineman just recently lost 110 pounds as that life is behind me. Here to try and gain some strength back and look cool while doing it in a safe reasonable way, no bodybuilding shows except in my mirror at home.

10+ year strength athlete in powerlifting and strongman competing at a national level. Stepped away from the sport after two tendon ruptures and enjoying the bodybuilding life for the foreseeable.

It might also be beneficial if when new members joined they received an email or DM telling them to make a post here. I'm a new member and I didn't get any such message and only knew or the requirement from reading posts where people were chastised for not making an intro post.
Been here lurking for 5 months , I am from Europe 27y old my goal so far is to cut down to 75/70kg and then try to get to 85/90 kg with muscle gains mostly
So far only used test E/P tren A/E anavar, winny(from driada didn’t work) and sdrol along side with Reta and ghk-cu

Good morning everyone. I'm a new member and have been on for a few months now. I'd like to give a better introduction then my first one. I'm 52. I've been weight training since I was in my 20's and also train jiu-jitsu for the past 15 years. I have my own commercial gym in my garage so no training excuses. I'm 6'2" 230LBS now. I came off a dirty bulk in July weighing in at 272lbs then realized I dont like the size and weight so Sept I ran 6 weeks of Retritutide and lost 30lbs with a calorie deficit diet of 2000 cal day.I do use AAS and peptides. I've played with most AAS over the years and settled down with what suits my needs. Not so adventurous anymore. Blood work has always been good. I feel great and pretty much injury free at the moment. Im hear to learn and share and get involved in discussions. I will throw down a list of my compounds I enjoy and we can go from there
