I am also using a very well known coach and he has me doing it a bit differently then anyone else. I pin 3iu in the middle of the night and first thing in the morning. I get up around 2am for a meal and 10minutes before my meal I pin 3iu.

Interesting, never tried that before with HGH. Did with peptides though. I wear contacts and I can safely say fuck mid night pins lol but the sleep on GH. I can get be in a middle of a war and I will NOT wake up. 4hrs of sleep felt like 9hrs.

BTW, my friend is using "the pro maker" and I saw his cutting cycle and food intake...HOLY FUCK! For cutting (again, this dude is cutting) it takes him an hr to eat each meal. Pins 4ml a day with GH.
 
I'm waiting on some taitripin, anyone know where to verify these, I'm sure it will say on the box but I'm inpatient, and a google search just won't pull up a manufacturer.
 
I ran mine at 2 iu in the morning. 5on 2 off. when running my pharma stuff 2 is all I could do. Anything over that my hands would cramp bad. On all ug stuff I would run 4- 6 before getting that effect. This is from my doc, do not eat more than 50 grams of carbs 3hrs prior or after taking it. I also figured that your body only produces it when you hit rem sleep. So if I take it befor bed it would cancle my natural production. So I would take it in the morning.
I talked with a few older pros that are doing master circut now. They say they are only doing 2 pr day. I was given two reasons. 1 they felt anything over was just waste. 2 cost. at 10 iu a btl using 5 iu a day that is a btl every 2 days . Being that you need to be on it for atleast 6 months at 1.5 kits a month shit gets costly real fast.

Could you elaborate on the reasoning behind this change you made. I'm also using one 4 ius a night after seeing you changed this. WHy did you do it? Thanks

I used to do something like this - 1IU in AM, 2 IU pre bed... I haven't noticed any change by running it all at once, or split.

This run I'll probably just hit it all pre bed.
 
I wonder if with sleep apnea, or PED induced insomnia, then taking it it one shot would be proper because,one being that one would never gather up much REM because of apnea stopping breathing and disturbing the REM, or two the side affect most users experience on certain AAS? I get some of the reasons one would want to take it at night,however, would it not still be an issue during the morning and later afternoon? And wouldnt the body release it's own GH after a hard workout?
