Hgh Vs Tesamorelin

So I have Stage 2 fatty liver disease and I cannot decide between HGH or Tesamorelin.Currently I'm on 10 mg retatrutide per week and 200 mg test prop. I really wanna focus on losing visceral fat and fatty liver.Does anyone have experience with these compounds?Any advice?

Ok so I have been looking into this myself for my own interest.

Basically survodutide hits the GCCR hard whereas Tirz and Reta are mainly GIP.

For some reason South East Asians respond better to the GCCR than the gip. Could be genetics or central adiposity and lower lean body mass. Maybe that's why mazdutide is being targeted for china.

It seems as tho survodutide burns liver fat directly and helps to combat MASH by increasing liver cell lifespan.

If my NAFLD isn't resolved I will be looking at survodutide. It doesn't couple well with HGH or tesamorelin due to the reduced blood glucose control.

As for your testosterone, probably get better results with a longer ester pinned more frequently.. The sides go up with shorter esters.

Once again the above is all bro science. I couldn't find much on survo or maz. There are a few articles on Reddit.

I was looking into Survodutide but decided on Reta,i didnt find much data on Survo and weight loss seems better on Reta.Im already losing good amount of weight but i wanna solve this fatty liver problem asap.Im also looking into DNP so we will see how it goes in next couple of months.

That seems…. Aggressive. lol

Great question. No, I have not personally died yet.
Ooh i do apologise but you wrote about it with such confidence i taught you speak from vast personal experience.Anyway my question was about HGH vs Tesamorelin.Do you have any experience with these or im also gonna die if i touch them?

The dangers of DNP are pretty well-documented. I don’t feel the need to replicate those experiments. GLP-1s do all that I need for weight loss as I don’t ever need to get to that suicidally low level of body fat necessary to compete.

In personal experience: tesa did nothing noticeable for me other than leaning out my wallet. I’m over 50, so if you’re young(er), maybe it can do more for your endogenous production. I didn’t test IGF-1 or anything, just didn’t notice any differences in practice. After I got on HGH, up to about 5-6 IUs, I noticed significant strength and size increases while also leaning out.

That said, first Tirz and then Reta are what really moved the needle on fat loss and (admittedly completely untrustworthy) home scale-based visceral fat readings. Never mind what the scale says, at some point you know there’s just not much room left behind the ab wall for a lot of fat.

You’re already doing the most important things. I’d save my money and buy neither compound and see what Reta (and dietary change) does for you. If you have NAFLD, you can hopefully get periodic measurements of progress from your medical care team. I’m not familiar with the implications of stage 2 NAFLD, but if it’s not ann acute situation, you don’t need to throw the whole kitchen sink at it all at once. I’d work on lipid management with e.g. ezetimibe or statins (and diet) if you need help there before worrying about GH.

I don’t even play a doctor on TV, though. What does your doctor say? Are you symptomatic? I admire the initiative you’re taking in getting healthy, but all kidding aside, introducing a dangerous and systemically stressful chemical link DNP — that is so rare most doctors wouldn’t even know how to treat associated complications — all while not in perfect health, seems like a terrible idea. I don’t even know you and it makes me worry about you.

Please just stay the course with Reta, or if it doesn’t work for you and you need more appetite control, Tirz.

seems like a dialed in glp1 program could yield amazing results, i wish i had really been into them 3 years ago when i started my journey and body fat reduction, , Now i feel like @10% i would need to be careful lol, i am gonna give Reta a try one of these days , i have my Kits ready lol , the way i plan on using it , a kit will last me forever, i have the 12 mg kits of reta,,

Reta is pretty great for me in that at low doses it has all kinds of benefits but still lets me eat. I don’t get reactive hypoglycemia nearly as often on it, for example. Lipids improved on it at low doses without much dietary change. This is anecdotal and not science, but there’s lots of it floating around. Don’t take any drugs you don’t need, of course.

you got the basics right, the rest is stop eating so much and exercise

HGH always over test, start minimum with 4iu pre bed

terrible advice, starting at 4 ius will likely cause most new users of hgh to experience several side effects, including water retention, cts, elevated bg etc, you need to start low and titrate up, starting at 4 ius is ridiculous advice!!
unless your in your mid 30s or older your body is naturally producing 3iu to 6iu daily give, so anything less is not even replacement dose
