Hgh dosage plan

Hey I’m recovering from a meniscus injury and for my next cycle (I’ve done one with 600 mg test and anavar), I plan on doing the same test, stacked with 4 IUs hgh (Monday Wednesday Friday), split 2 IUs AM and PM for at least 6 months. Would that dosage be useful?
 
I’ve seen some people say doing the dose every other day helps preserve the natural ability to produce hgh in the body which is why I was thinking Monday Wednesday Friday. Think Dorian Yates backs that plan? Curious why every day would be better.

pin hgh daily, if you can't afford 4iu daily then lower the dosage.
 
I'd just do 4 units all before bed everyday personally, I don't see a huge benefit in splitting the dose unless you're looking for fat loss.
Interesting, what did benefits did you see doing it at night? I eat pretty late at 9:30/10 most nights and sleep at 12, and hesitant that the insulin spike would mess with the HGH

Your body recovers its natural ability to make GH incredibly fast, it’s a non issue. Dorian and company did that because GH was super expensive and pro’s didn’t make a ton of money back then. You’ll get better results doing it every day.

I eat my last meal pretty close to bed too. I just do my shot in the middle of the night when I wake up to piss.
 
What happened to your meniscus bro?

Also, I suggest to just keep it simple - 4iu gh daily pre bed. This is what i've done for the past 2 years and has helped immensely from a recovery POV
I tore it doing gymnastics last year because I always wanted to learn how to backflip… just had the surgery recently and I’m hoping at the minimum tb and Bpc help with the surgery recovery if not directly on the meniscus

Interesting, do you find the 4IUs a lot in one injection or not find the usefulness of splitting am and pm? How did it help?
 
Like others said 4 daily. If u cant afford 4 daily but can afford 4 eod, you are better off doing 2 iu daily.

Night or am wont matter until u pin. Most people lean towards night but some find it hard to sleep. U gotta find out where u are and do what works for you.

I had a meniscus injury as well and i found having 3mg bpc 3 mg tb500 pinned eod for 8 weeks helped alot. Gh will help but i was already on 5iu and only noticed big difference after 3-4 weeks on bpc tb.
 
Yea I just ran out of my first goals for tonight and Bpc now but waiting for my next supply tomorrow to properly take for the next 7 weeks.

Just make sure you titrate up slowly it's not surprising for some people to take 4-6 weeks to get to 4-5 iu daily. While some can do it in less. Taking more time seems to lessen if not eliminate most side effects. Good luck

Most longevity protocols are 3-4 pins a week, but for max bodybuilding purposes, sure, unless you’re already insulin resistant or something
