HGh and fastin

I am working out my dosing between am/pm, I know the general rule is 2 hours of fasting before/after. My focus is to assist fat loss, currently running Reta and ss-31. Last 6 months I’ve gained 10lbs of muscle mass and lost 5lbs of fat. Solidly in a very high range of solid muscle mass but fat is still high too.

Mornings I usually have coffee with 2% milk, collagen and protein powder and then don’t eat until lunch. Morning gym session most of the time but have an evening session once a week. Nights I don’t eat until 7:30-8 and then bed at 10.

In the mornings I could move my protein powder till later in the day and dose in the am. I don’t think the small amount of 2% milk in my coffee is spiking my bg. At night I can solidly get 1.5 hours of fast but would have to go to bed later to get a full 2 hours.

I am a female for reference so talking a low start of 1iu daily.
