Hgh advice for a novice?

I'm not first time user brotha I'm compete . I'm on 5iu (2.5 iu split in the morning and before bad)

Great, rhen perhaps you can elaborate on what you meant by the statement the generic GH you're using has "all the signs of really legit GH".

Also it would seem prudent if you could define your use of the term "brotha", especially since we are not related, have never been formally introduced, live in different cities, don't workout together, have divergent educational and professional backgrounds and finally bc I don't know you from Adam, Jack or Jill!

I'm glad to converse with any person and completely friendly to any people no matter I know them or not. Besides that I don't see anything wrong in using this word. If you don't want, I will not call you like that, sir

Oh it's likely just me being "old fashioned" but there's something about referring to any Tom, Dick or Harry as "bro" diminishes the significance of what being another's BROTHER really means.

No where is this colloquial dichotomy more apparent than on AAS forums where some "bros" have elected to use the benevolent nature of that moniker for nefarious purposes, as a means to an ends, scamming other members, who like myself have come to believe TRUST is implicit to the term BRO-THER, and as such should only be used with that thought in mind.

Then again I know I'm old fashioned but at least when I refer to another as a "bro", rest assured they can be TRUSTED, bc I know them and know them well!

please let us know your igf-1 reading and baseline once you do blood work
So my Igf came back in the high end of the range but the serum test came back at 35.
I've seen others tests that their Igf went down the longer they were on HGH.
I know plenty of variables are at play here and I can't explain it.
I was running 4iu five on two off and it's " the grey top".

Serum GH levels are relatively WORTHLESS and as such should not be used as a HGH quality benchmark!

Unless you have a baseline IGF level no reliable conclusions can be reached based on these studies ALONE. The latter becomes even more apparent since you neglected to mention how long you've been supplementing GH..

That's like saying my TT level is "at the upper range for my age" 50.

Posting a COPY of the ACTUAL ASSAY (exclusive of demographic info) might be a good idea

Yes, and it works for healing properties as it regenerates tissue. Knew a dude with Colitis who was at his wits end and about to have to have a large part of his intestines removed and jumped on HGH and it basically healed him from the inside out

Is this true DD? I have a very similar condition...

@Dr JIM, any insight on HGH and its effects on IBD?

Although I'm not aware of any studies that evaluated the efficacy of GH for those w IBD, GH would be more likely to accelerate the inflammatory process of auto-immune disorders such as IBD IMO

Moreover the use of a single anecdote as a marker of successful therapy for an ailment who's hallmark is one of remissions and exacerbations is anything but evidence based!

Sigh. Thanks. I did get my hopes up for a few minutes.
