I also agree with fodsod, while many will report great results with insulin use, I have never been a fan and do not use it. Depends on the look you are going for I suppose.

Exactly my point. Insulin is a powerful tool but not every tool is right for every job. In his case, competing in classic physique the possible side effect of ab distention would be a HUGE drawback and defeat his intended purpose which is building a physique to win shows in that division.
I'd go so far as to say that most guys moving into the new division are ones that are too big for the current physique class but haven't wanted to go "all out" in BB so they've stayed away from GH and insulin for the most part. GH would be very helpful to create the look needed but insulin would potentially detract from the intended look.
Today's "what drug can I take for this" and "more of everything is better" mentality has caused some to lose the ability to critically think about what they want and how to get it.
I agree that's my main reason for choosing classic physique cuz I can build more size and not pose like a male in a bikini. as for slin use..my prep coach recommended I stack w gh or peptide (obviously) and only use PRE-workout 10iu of apidra (fastest acting). I'm wondering if 2-3 days a week of this would create ab disention? either way I'll be laying off but I've heard the pumps are rediculous coupled with intra workout carbs from preworkout slin
it will be good to get an igf test in order to test legitimacy since you're running generics. I heard grey tops are the most consistent generics nowdaysI'm on my first run on HGH, IM on "the grey top" and I'm on 4iu each day and I've been on about 3 months. I've had some very sore joints but it's getting much better. Small amount of bloat from time to time but nothing bad. Lethargy was a big problem until I switched to night time dosing.
I seem to feel more clear headed and fat loss seems to be coming around.
I'm on for at least six months to get the full effects.
I am also 50ish so I can use all the help I can get to stay young....
@Demondosage, have you used HGH extensively? Mind sharing some results, dose, etc...?HGH has destroyed more physiques than it's helped. Just my opinion here but if I was going to use it again I'd be using legit pharm grade HGH @ 2 iu's/day and using it for anti-aging and wellness benefits. Once that dose goes over 4iu's/day the side effects were always horrible for me. Crazy lethargy, loss of appetite, and numb hands and feet that would frequently wake me up at night. There comes a point with HGH dosing that using T-3 and insulin is pretty much a necessity to keep your body functioning properly. Just my opinion though

Yes, and it works for healing properties as it regenerates tissue. Knew a dude with Colitis who was at his wits end and about to have to have a large part of his intestines removed and jumped on HGH and it basically healed him from the inside outTrue that @Demondosage! I was trying to get a rough idea of what guys on hear use or claim to use and then reflect that info from reading other places/threads/info etc.
My goal was to try and use it to heal past injuries. Other then that I have no use for it! Maybe in 10 years or so for anti-aging like you mentioned but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. You know anyone that used it only for its healing effects?
Sure. My first experience with HGH was with a few kits of Kexing from back in the day. I ran the Kexing at around 4-5 iu's/day and then switched to the old brown top hygetropins when hyges first came onto the scene. No labels, just brown caps, well stupid me jumped to 8iu's of hyges (which were much stronger than the Kexing) and after a few days on the higher dosed hyges I was sicker than a fucking dog. It felt like the flu x 10, couldn't eat anything and lost all appetite. I started puking my guts up one night uncontrollably, it was one of the worst feelings in my life.@Demondosage, have you used HGH extensively? Mind sharing some results, dose, etc...?

The proper way to use HGH is to start small and SLOWLY ramp your way up. For example, the first few weeks you'd want to use 2iu's/day, then maybe jump to 4 iu's/day for another 3-4 wks, then 5 iu's/day for another few weeks, and so on and so forth. HGH will knock down your thyroid so it's a wise idea to throw in a little T-3 once you get beyond 4iu's/day. HGH will also cause hyperglycemia in most users, so it's also a good idea to use insulin with it, not just for a more increased IGF-1 output once the HGH conversion takes place, but to help keep blood glucose in check. Long term HGH usage can actually cause diabetes in some people.
But everything you get on HGH is based on what you did with it the week or two prior, it's very slow. The issue I had with running HGH was I just simply didn't feel good on it. I didn't have good workouts a lot of the time and even though my muscles were getting denser looking it as like wtf is the point if I feel like shit. To grow on this stuff you need to use an amount that makes dealing with side effects a bitch, much worse than most steroid side effects. Not to mention, who wants a stomach that sticks out like they're 9 months pregnant?
If I was to ever touch HGH again, it would need to be a simple 2 iu's at night before bedtime and used strictly for general well-being and fat loss.
@Cpt.Marvel what has been your results so far? What brand of Somatropin are you using?I take 5-iu per day now , started from 2iu . And if you start you must go with it for a long long time without any stops .
please let us know your igf-1 reading and baseline once you do blood workAn Igf test is in the future.

Agreed. At 26 your body still growingAt your age, HGH is a complete waste of money.
