Hey guys ive never dieted before or ate even remotely correct. I am looking to change my ways. I am currently at 250 rather solid muscle i would like to maintain that 250 but cut the fat significantly and i know nothing about diets at all. I currently train mixed martial arts 5 days a week for about 3 hours and i work with weights 3 days a week. I am wondering how many calories i should be taking in and what types of calories. Also if cardio is necessary. Any feed back and opinions on this would be really nice. So if anyone knows a good diet plan for me let me know. In about two weeks i will be starting a cycle of test/tren if that has any barring on how my diet should work.
