Help with Nutrition plan

I have recently started a nutrition plan to gain lean muscle mass. I am trying to get a nice plan together to go from 215 to 230 lbs. before I do another cycle. However, two weeks into this plan I am losing weight and need some advice on foods to add or any changes. The plan goes as follows:

8:00
Oatmeal
3 eggs boiled
46g optimum nutrition protein drink

11:00
half lb. beef
2 5 oz potatoes
serving cottage cheese

2:00
chicken breast
2 potatoes
cottage cheese

5:00
chicken breast
green beans
white rice
nat. peanut butter sandwich

8:00
half lb. beef or fish
rice
dill pickles

11:00
protein drink

I usually work out around 1 oclock. Maybe I just need to give it time, but please give some input.

Id say somewhere around 260 g/day. I have heard that I should try and get 2 g per body weight, but many say you can not take in more than 40g of protein every 2 hours.

So would a protein drink after each meal be sufficient?
yeah a protein drink should work...But if you could try and get some solid food protein like a small can of tuna or just more meat...........i think that getting your protein from whole foods is better.........

drink the protien drink as soon as u wake up then eat 10 eggs and 2 whole with breakfast

Is there a list somewhere of good fruits to eat while "on"?

I hear Kiwi is good but apples are bad...what's the final word on proper fruits? I don't want to unnecessarily raise my sugar/insulin levels and bounce them out of whack.
