Help -- severe shoulder pain after pinning :(

So I made a thread recently where I've been experiencing some PIP lately, which I never had before-- I'm running the same blast I did about half a year ago (test, tren, and primo) and everything was perfect when I did it last.

I'm using the same batch/leftovers I had back then (all from Stan).

Based on your guys recommendations I started warming the gear and am now using a longer 1" needle (before I did .5").

Anyone, I pinned today and everything was fine. I did test in my right delt, tren in the glute and primo in the left delt.

A couple hours after pinning, my left shoulder started hurting, almost as if I sprained it, and it's been getting progressively worse since then. It doesn't even feel like PIP to be honest, it feels like I dislocated or sprained my shoulder or something from lifting -- but it doesn't make sense because I did legs today lol. Is there any chance it's the primo specifically causing this? Any minor movement of my left shoulder is painful now, and now I'm afraid to see how it feels tomorrow morning...

When you say “leftovers”, do you mean vials that were punctured and left for some time before you started pinning from them again?

Higher concentration primo has a bite to it, but if you were using pierced aged vials - this could be a bacteria issue.

Why are you shooting 3 separate needles? You can mix all your oil in one needle and take one shot. Unless your concentrations are low and your shooting a ton of oil.

This new pain is it way more than the last time? You could have hit a nerve with the needle which can be painful but is fairly rare. What gauge needle are you using? I have used 18ga and I can tell you they hurt. Shoulder hurt more than glute or Quads but way less than Biceps. I used to be a real short ester addict so ED injection you have to get creative in spots to not make too much scar tissue in one area. Honestly if it's not infected you are good. If you start to get a fever that's bad.

Just the primo was punctured before, the test and tren are new

Highr dosed gear per ml ?

Do you have a sealed primo vial you could switch to?

I nearly made this mistake with an old vial of tren ace, luckily I noticed precipitate in the vial. Upon shaking it, it dispersed and was no longer visible - but I chucked the vial to be safe.

I have read that people filter used and aged gear filtering through a 0.2ų wheel filter into a clean vial, if they need to use it.

Man I've learned alot about PIP these past couple months it seems.

One thing I didn't see anyone else mention (may have missed it).... Ensure the injection site you have chosen is known to tolerate the volume of oil you intent to inject....

PIP comes in all different forms man. I can see why you may have thought it felt like a sprain...
