Help me with a cut diet

I am about to be done with my first test e cycle. I gained a little over 20 lbs eating 3500 cal a day. 250-275p 425-470c and 70f. The plan is to keep eating like this through my pct and then do a cut diet to try and drop some body fat. I was thinking I would probably keep the protein and fat around the same but cut out a lot of the carbs. What do you guys think?

That's a good idea.

Keep protein at 1gr/lb. You could even increase fat a little bit. Then lower carbs until you're in deficit mode.

are you talking about a keto diet when he will have to have a high fat and median protein and like 5 % carb everyday

No. I said he could increase fat a little bit, not a lot. He can do keto if he wants to, definitely not my preference though.

can you post you diet and what type of food do you eat and how often
Usually it's the same every day.
A shake with milk oats and a banana
4 whole eggs
Chicken rice and beans x2
More oatmeal
Protein shake
Whole grain pasta and chicken
Can of tuna
Bagel with peanut butter and milk

I am thinking I will have to recalculate my tdee because I was basing my calories off my tdee at 176lb. I will figure that out after pct. But how much should I cut the calories by if I want to cut?

500-600 calories under your TDEE is good.
