Help me get some protein in me.

you said in you op that your having 4 350 cal shakes and taking in 2800 cal a day that's only 1400 cal in food their in lies your problem .
 
Marinade some chicken breast and cook that up for the week, lean steaks, beef, fish, egg whites

High protein versions of everything else and you'll be at 300g protein in no time, for example high protein oatmeal, Greek yogurt, cereal, etc etc
 
There's some good information for the OP in this here but im seriously disappointed. Someone creates a thread titled "Help me get some protein in me" and there isn't one gay joke?
 
Everyone gave you gems of info...,your macros ..your learning from the post..,but 6 workouts a week..god man cut it in half.
