So today i did
Smith bench because i feel it more and its less pain on my shoulders
20x12x8x8x4
Cable flys, 20x20x20x12x12 try to squeeze each rep and get blood in there
Hammer press machine 15x5
Pecdeck 12-15 4 set
My chest was ful pump but i cant seem to make it blow up!! I have bit beenhiting shoulders days for like 2 months because there overpowering my chest and arms.
Any tips
After i did tricep.
