help i need to loose bf

Hey I really need to loose some body fat I am at about 15% and look horrible. I am 5'10" 140 lbs. I have tried many diets (low-carb, low-fat) and nothing seems to work the only thing ive tried that i actually lost weight off of was not eating much at all just drank water but I usually gave in after about a week or so which led to binge eating then my weight shot right back up. I dont have much time to go to the gym so the only thing i really do is sit-ups and curls, so I want to find some kind of a supplement that will actually work in cutting body fat I have never tried any and am very eagar to I just dont know what is best. I've been hearing that i shouldnt start using steroids yet untill i get bigger but thats why I would want to take them to get bigger so what roids would be best for a 1st timmer, I was thinking about going with legal roids like m1t but im not sure if they are all they said to be. Also what appetite reducers work best im always hungry and need to change that. any recomendations would be great thanks. Here is a pic of me currently.
 
Whoa! Hold the horses there, pardner! Ok, of course, not eating anything is the best "weight loss" method...if you just want to lose weight. What you want to do is lose bodyfat. As such, you will NEED to lift weights.

Now, being that I'm pressed for time and have to go home, I can't get any further in depth, but I can do so tomorrow. The final thought I will leave you with is:

Bullshit! There is no such thing as no time to lift. Nut up, son, and do the damn thing. It only takes 45minutes a day.
 
Whoops, just saw the pic. Yeah, muscles is what you need. And that ain't 15%. It's lower. You sure as fuck don't need to lose weight. You need to gain it...lots of it.

You are around 10%bf bro. I would honestly say bulk up and hit the weights hard and you will be happy with it all!
 
Weightgainers, meat, peanut butter, milk, more milk, bananas.... Start by doing pushups every night-- the regular way, and then with your hands froming a triangle under your chest (for triceps). Do them every night after your close to bed meal-- try to make it up to 100 of each, then drink a concoction of protein, milk, banana, and pb before sleeping. of course, going to the gym is muhc better-- but if you can't, improvise.

But defintely eat-- that body is raging for food!
 
Grizzly will help you with a great plan to add muscle, but I wanted to bring up another point (and dont take this point the wrong way, because I am only trying to help).

You are 5'10", with your top 4 abs showing. You are probably about 10% BF, and I bet you wear a 32 inch waist pant (or even smaller).

Now my point is this: If you have all the stats above, and still see yourself as fat, maybe there is something else you should look into. Perhaps you have low self-esteem, and an inaccurate, destructive self-image. You might want to look into therapy, or just talking about this with your parents or a best friend.

Also, dont diet, start hitting the weights and putting on muscle. That alone will change your bodyfat percentage. At 5'10" and less than 10% BF, if you even get above 175lbs, you will probably be in the top 1% of your school as far as physique. Trust me, the girls will notice, and will literally have your choice of women.

Just my thoughts, and welcome to the board.
 
Hey thanks everyone for the replies, but lets get a couple things stratight first of all im not 15 im going on 20 in august and also I am 15% bf i know this because I was just analyzed for body fat about a week ago. So granted that I am almost 20 would prohormones be of any help? if so what ones would be best?
 
Those analysises(analysi?) tend to be off. If it was underwater weighing, then, yes, it could say 15%, but if you did a skinfold it would say the 10% that everyone else is saying.

No, prohormones will be of no help to a guy who doesn't lift weights.

Frosty- Yeah, I included the 10minutes I spend jumping rope, the 10 stretching and my longer rest periods. Without which, I could probably be in an out in 25 minutes or so.

The Grizz is right man . . .I know how you feel cas when I came into this forum I started off askin questions about all kinds of roids and prohormones and crap. I realized from listening to the guys on this forum that the problem wasn't my genetic inability to grow muscle, but my lifestyle. I changed my diet and my training and put on 21 lbs of muscle in 10 weeks naturally. You can do this. First of all, if you're below 20% bf IMO, you should be bulking and CLEARLY you need to bulk up first, not lose weight. You lose any more weight and ur gonna look like a skinny lil terd. You need the muscle base first. Now I'm telling you that you DONT NEED ANYTHING but I bigger diet and an increase in training for now to put on this muslce. You shouldn't be using prohormones unless your over 25 and/or have been training hard for at least 4-5 years solid IMO. Do some research on-line and especially in this forum on what kinds of exercises you should be doing to put on mass and go into the nutrition forum and ask questions about dieting to put on muslce.

I am an example of a non-believing, low self-esteem tool who learned his shit (and is still learning plenty) and turned around to make great gains the right way. Follow our advice here and u'll be okay. Don't fuck urself up with drugs yet, b/c w/o a proper lean muscle base, that's all you will do.

I've got to agree with all the other bros. I'm a personal trainer at the gym at my college. If you're 15% my ass is a typewriter and you are the only 15% I've ever seen with four abs.
Anyhow, like they all said, eat and hit the weights. Make the time. That's most of my client's initial trouble gettting it in their heads that they HAVE to make the time.

There was a similar post by another "kid" the other week who was poking around, trying to see who could "offer advice".

These are TROLL posts, because what they do is ask about 'prohormones' in hopes someone will offer them the real thing.

I think this is a COP. The fact he said he has 15% bf and is 20 gives him away. This is a picture of a minor.

The bros here are too smart to fall for something so stupid.

woah buddy you gotta slow down first of all im no cop i can assure you that and second of all i never asked anyone anything about steroids on this site only suggestions on what prohormones would work best and advice isnt illeagle my friend so before you start accusing me of something I didnt do THINK. I was done with this thread awhile ago I got all the info i needed but then you had to come in and write that shit I dont get some people.

hit the weights gain some muscle and then strip off the BF
