Can you provide the forum an explanation why throughout this whole 2 month exchange you said you will provide an update but never did? Why do we always have to follow it up with you? Why did you promise a refund by the weekend yet I had to reach out after the weekend to ask for the refund? If you really work hard to rectify issues, why haven’t you been the one proactively reaching out to customers to provide updates or request details for a refund?
From the start I educated you on what to do to build a good reputation, yet you didn’t want to change your ways, and even when I put you on notice in front of everyone in the forum, you still didn’t meet deadlines, you showed everyone live in action how poorly YOU operate
