Don’t be fooled by Eva’s kindness. Fast replies to earn your business then slow replies after payment is made. Replies are even slower if there’s a serious issue. Product prices are expensive. She says no customer issues however I haven’t received my order and it’s been almost 2 months. She lacks accountability, blames everything on her team with no specific updates. After a month of requesting for a refund she finally agreed, provided her refund details, it’s been a week and nothing has been received. Forum mods should remove her off this forum, her and her team are incompetent

Every company is going to say they are working hard, but actions speak louder than words. Throughout the whole process you advised you will provide updates however you did not once reach out to me for an update, i had to follow up and everytime, no updates were provided. Yes a refund was agreed however the refund hasn’t been received, a refund does not exist till it’s been provided. You were quick to confirm with your accounts team a payment was received, why is it different when it comes to refunds?

You couldn’t even provide an answer for the forum to see as to why your accounts team were so quick to confirm a payment but takes almost a week to process a refund. Can you provide the forum an explanation? Please provide updates here rather than messages, if you are truely working hard you should have nothing to hide and would be comfortable sharing updates here. You’ve said “trust me” numerous times, so please show the forum you can be trusted by providing updates here that way everyone can see how you conduct business

You do know that is just a hopped up version of gabapentin right? Gabapentin will catch you a buzz Lyrica gets you high as f***. I've been on it for years so has my mother, And they recently made it a scheduled narcotic, you can't even pick it up anymore without a driver's license. It causes severe memory loss ,loss of vision,and a host of other things, there's a dozen lawsuits out against the pharmaceutical companies for it. I get it for sciatic pain but I had my dose dropped significantly through the years, It's wicked addicting and a nightmare to come off of. It's very popular with heroin addicts, It gives you the same buzz and you can't drug test for it, just be careful with it ,is all I'm saying, It's bad stuff , The addiction part isn't really the worst issue with it, It's what it does to your body in the long term.
I just ran into a girl this week I've known all my life, And she's always been on Lyrica, I asked her about it and she said dude I almost died, My doctor took me off of it. I come to find out after talking to her, They found her down over the bank in her car flipped upside down, apparently she had a seizure, first one in her life,and had no recollection of it. I couldn't believe I was just on here talking about this, And I heard of something like that again. That is one weird medicine, One minute you're fine on it and the next you aren't.

Update: screenshot of the refund provided but it’s in Chinese. Checked my wallet nothing received. Transferred funds to the address I gave her to test if it’s working and went in straight away. Asked Eva 3 times for transaction id as advised however no transaction id. Third time asked she said she will check with accountant. @Eva-Hebei lianfu can you please let me know why I haven’t been provided a transaction id? You advised me to check my messsges for transaction id yet I had to be proactive and ask for an update on the refund, and why haven’t you provided me transaction id?

In a quick scan of this thread, I've seen only 1 person report receiving a package, and another person report that their package was marked out for delivery. And a whole lot of sketchy excuses from the source. But at least the prices are high!

They had items in stock that no other vendors had the time. Stupid move on my part. That’s why I moved all communications here so people can see how you deals with disputes.

Genuinely scratching my head how a vendor that needs to build a reputation would start with such high prices, failed a delivery and isn’t show any signs of rectifying the matter with a sense if urgency.

She claims you can’t satisfy all customers, I think you can, if they don’t receive their goods, rectify the matter in a timely manner, and customers will be satisfied even though they didnt recieve their order
