Well, I just got home from the gym, and am having some pretty intense pain in my right elbow. Today was back/bis/abs and I ended my workout a little early due to the pain.

I am a little nervous that this could get worse, but I do NOT want to stop mid-cycle. I am thinking lighter weights & more reps for the next week. Kind of wondering what a proper dose of deca might look like. Primarily for the healing properties..... Gonna have to search the threads....
I am already starting to mourn the end of the dbol phase...lol Just a few more days.... I'm going to kind of miss these crazy pumps.... Speaking of which, had pretty wicked forearm pumps today. Could be due to them trying to compensate for the weak elbow I guess...
