Had a light chest day today. My wo partner didn't show up. :mad: I'm probably going to go twice a week on chest anyway because I think it's my weak point. People close to me are starting to notice.... :D Pumps are still pretty intense, although the back pumps are all but gone. Only 1 week left for the dbol....
 
That's good man, seems as if the dbol is doing its job....just wait for the test to kick in :)

Anddddd - Def. go with the second chest day but make sure its at least 2 days after your first. If you don't have a spotter you could always throw in just a few realllly heavy sets on a few machines after some light/medium bench work!

Ok. Quick update.... Had a great coupla days. I've got my schedule twisted around a bit due to being sick. Had a KILLER leg day yesterday. I had thought the back pumps were all gone until I did dead lifts yesterday. LOL Then this am had a good heavy chest workout. I've had a history of mild tendonitis in my elbows, and am noticing some soreness coming back after working my chest. I'll have to be very careful. I don't want an injury mid-cycle. Taking the next 2 days off from any heavy weight. Just cardio & abs. Thinking of addind some Deca for the remainder of my cycle to help with the elbows....
 
Hat, great to see that you are kicking ass with your cycle! I'm going to be starting something similar next week so both yours and renegade's threads have got me pumped up. I had a quick question though. Where did you buy your pins OTC from? I already ordered mine but I got 20 x 1.5" and was thinking i'd go 22 x 1.5".
 
Stooch, you can get them at your local/chain pharmacy. The chain type pharmacy's might only carry 25ga and 28 ga in shorter lengths (5/8 , 1inch), and smaller slin types. Your best bet would be a local pharmacy. Also I'm pretty sure by law they can't ask you what your intended purpose is.
 
Not sure if I can say the name of the store that I got them at. Don't want to break any rules, but I will say that I can almost guarantee that you have one of these stores near you. They have a pharmacy inside the store and I just went up and asked for them. I recently purchased some 25gauge pins at a smaller mom & pop pharmacy and they did ask what I was using them for. I just said they were vet. supplies., and had to show an ID. At this much larger, national chain dept store, I did not have to do that.
 
Well, I just got home from the gym, and am having some pretty intense pain in my right elbow. Today was back/bis/abs and I ended my workout a little early due to the pain. :( I am a little nervous that this could get worse, but I do NOT want to stop mid-cycle. I am thinking lighter weights & more reps for the next week. Kind of wondering what a proper dose of deca might look like. Primarily for the healing properties..... Gonna have to search the threads....

I am already starting to mourn the end of the dbol phase...lol Just a few more days.... I'm going to kind of miss these crazy pumps.... Speaking of which, had pretty wicked forearm pumps today. Could be due to them trying to compensate for the weak elbow I guess...
 
Easy on that elbow man, better safe than sorry. Never used deca yet but I think a solid dose would be around 300-400mgs/wk for someone your size. You'll def. get some pain when using free weights but you could try and compensate with a machine involving the same movement, just to give it a rest. How is the weight gain lookin'?

You've got the right idea with lighter weights & more reps. Deca or EQ (which works even better for joints in the long run) take a long time to kick in, so you'd best just work through the pain (while keeping an eye on it). Strangely, it usually gets better on its own.

How do you work foreams but not the elbow?

I weigh myself every day...lol... and on average as best as I can tell is I am up about 5 lbs. Is that not a little low? I guess I am only 26 days in though....

Funny you say that about it getting better on it's own. Today it feels much better than I would have expected based on how it felt the last 2 days. I did a heavy bicep day yesterday, and thought it was going to fall off, but lo and behold, today it feels pretty good. I did switch up my schedule yet AGAIN and went for shoulders today in lieu of chest to give it some extra time to heal. As far as working the forearm without the elbow.... the only forearm exercise I do are behind-the-back wrist curls on an e-z curl bar. Not sure if the forearm pumps were actually because of the weak elbow... but it was the first time I had such an intense pump on my forearms...

I can't say I have ever heard of a 22 1/2 guage pin, maybe i'm wrong but is there any chance you are reading the wrapper wrong as I've seen plenty of 22Guage 1 1/2 inch pins.

Anyway a 23 guage 1 1/2 inch will work fine, try pushing through the rubber stopper (unless you have amps) with one pin then change to a new point to inject. Pushing the needle through the rubber vial dulls it a lot. Do this and a 23G will go in like a hot knife through butter.

Thanks man. And yeah, I feel like a freakin retard now. After reading your post, I went & looked and they are 22g. I've posted about 22 1/2 gauge pins before and this is the first time anybody caught it. The wrapper is kind of deceiving...:rolleyes: lol Anyway, I've been going bald since about 22 yrs. old, so I started shaving my head well over 10 yrs ago.
 
Well, I decided to throw in a cardio/ab only day today just for some extra relief for the tendons. I will hit legs tomorrow, and try a heavy chest day saturday. I did some light DB flies just to check the elbow, and it is feeling much better. I've got to get back to my normal schedule soon. This jumping around is starting to drive me crazy.
Definitely noticing some aggressiveness coming on. I've always been prone to quick temper, and have learned to keep it in check, but I am noticing that becoming a little more difficult. Nothing serious, I just get aggitated MUCH easier now.
Took my last 40mg of the dbol today.:( Looking forward to some relief from the bloat though. It's not been too bad, but very noticeable and uncomfortable to me.
Man, I gotta go eat.
 
Just curious what kind of calorie range you are trying to hit? I am just a little bigger than you and will be starting a TC only(AI also) cycle in a couple of weeks. The only part I don't have down completely is the amount of calories. I eat clean now but will need to bump up the amount/frequency I am sure.
 
Just got home from one helluva leg session. My daughter usually wants to go skating on the weekend, but Dad is definitely not putting the skates on THIS weekend.[:o)] I am noticing veins in my lower legs now. THAT is definitely a first.
Yes, the appetite is coming on pretty good now Renegade. I still get most of my protein from shakes though. Just not enough time to eat.

Frankly, I haven't been paying alot of attention to my total caloric intake. My job is one that doesn't allow me to stop and eat frequent meals (atleast not if I want to remain employed), and I am there atleast 10 hours a day, so my main source of protein is from shakes. Usually 3 at work, and then a larger one post workout.Usually I will eat a couple of bananas and oatmeal or a PB sandwich in the am, a large can of tuna (plain or with mustard) or a can of chicken breast with some wheat thins and cottage cheese for lunch, then brown rice with baked chicken breasts or white rice and black beans an hour or so after the gym. Then cottage cheese & some fresh tomatos before bed. Oh, I also put a scoop of protein powder in each of my 2 morning cups of coffee. I have no idea how many calories that is, but it's a normal day for me. My budget is limited right now, so I eat cheap, but pretty clean. I dieted like a madman prior to this cycle, so I was used to eating very little, and it has taken a while for it to come back. I still am scared of carbs...lol
