It's now day 16. This will be my day off. Still pretty sore from leg day. Took my daughter roller skating last night and boy, can I feel it this morning. I'm going to spend some good quality time with her today and stay out of the gym. I am finding that hard to do. Seems like I feel I am letting something go to waste by taking days off. I know better in the back of my mind, but I still find myself getting restless and feeling like I should be doing something.
Otherwise I am feeling great and am amazed at how fast things are improving. Especially vascularity... WOW! I never expected that to happen so fast with the water retention. Also have noticed nice strength gains especially with my chest. This is probably also due in part to some good pointers I got from bigbench. Maybe partly psychological too. Just knowing I'm on now has got to help fuel that ambition....
I got ahold of some 25gauge pins and tried one for the first time Sat. Nearly painless, but it was very hard to push the plunger. Ithink maybe I should go back to the 22 1/2gauge. Or maybe warm the oil first? If anybody has any advice on that, I would appreciate it.
