Nothing bloats like Dbol (okay, Deca). But Adex and cardio will keep the water off. You'll lean out if you continue passed the Dbol phase, take in lots of protein but not that many carbs, drink water like you were on fire, and workout like a devil.

Roger that. Carbs seem to be my enemy except early in the day. Glad to hear about leaning down after dbol though. And is there any other way to workout? :D Thanks man.
 
Thanks. I haven't been taking a multi-vitamin, but am going to start this week. Probably Centrum. Also milk thistle. So far I've only been taking Glutamine pre & post workout and three 52g shakes per day. Protein intake is around 250 - 300 grams/day.

I watched a 20/20 special on vitamins. Centrum vitamins had one of the lowest scores. L:ike less than 8% of actual RDA. Try a better quality vitamin and dont forget your gallon of water every day!

good suggestion bro ... i found that keeping the water intake especially high and watching carbs while using dbol enabled me to hold minimal water on cycle even without adex ...

Brother as much as i knw ur just jokin around ... - ill shoot a point for the other side, Im not gonna lie, when im bulking a little bloat helps get the weights up ... helps give you a fuller look, and i love it for the fact that my joints dont hurt ... sadly though bro, my face becomes the size of a watermellon - im pretty sure i frighten children with the mess that becomes my face ... i hate it ... though i love feeling "big" ...

how is your cycle going bro ...?
 
Well, switching it up again. Gotta work OT tomorrow, so I am putting legs off 1 more day...:mad: My WO partner asked me if I was scared of squats. lol So just cardio & abs today... Getting ready to get on the bike now.
 
Renegade... My original MESO buddy!! Today is day 13. Feeling great!! Just did around 7 miles on the bike + crunches and am burnt up! Legs tomorrow. :eek: I've got some updates, but need to be getting to bed... 3:15 is going to come too quick...
 
OK. Well, I finally got to legs. Wow. Looking forward to having a day off tomorrow (I say that now, but will get restless tomorrow). This is by far the heaviest I've worked my legs in a long time. Yes, I'm one of THOSE guys. LOL Anyway, got a pretty good cramp in my right hamstring after my last set of squats. I usually don't do cardio after legs, but wanting to work the cramp out, I biked for 4 miles. Still feel a little fluttering every now and then but no big deal. This may be a coincedence, but my mood turned to shit while workin out today... My partner says leg day does that to him sometimes too. Any one else?
 
It's now day 16. This will be my day off. Still pretty sore from leg day. Took my daughter roller skating last night and boy, can I feel it this morning. I'm going to spend some good quality time with her today and stay out of the gym. I am finding that hard to do. Seems like I feel I am letting something go to waste by taking days off. I know better in the back of my mind, but I still find myself getting restless and feeling like I should be doing something.

Otherwise I am feeling great and am amazed at how fast things are improving. Especially vascularity... WOW! I never expected that to happen so fast with the water retention. Also have noticed nice strength gains especially with my chest. This is probably also due in part to some good pointers I got from bigbench. Maybe partly psychological too. Just knowing I'm on now has got to help fuel that ambition....

I got ahold of some 25gauge pins and tried one for the first time Sat. Nearly painless, but it was very hard to push the plunger. Ithink maybe I should go back to the 22 1/2gauge. Or maybe warm the oil first? If anybody has any advice on that, I would appreciate it.

I use a 25g 1" and it is kind of hard to push the oil in even when I am doing my TRT of 1/2ml twice a week. I am thinking about 23g 1" for cycle amounts.

I have heard of people putting the vial under their armpit for 5-10minutes before drawing. That seems like a good way to get some bateria growth even with alcohol swabs.

Enjoy the time off because that is when the muscles grow.

Three or four weeks of Tren acetate will really lean you out & harden you up. Vascularity? You ain't seen nothing yet, bruvvah.:D

Of course, finishing with Anavar is a lot more predictable and will not shut you down as hard.:o

If I do add the tren, anavar or clen, do I need to alter my PCT? Also, any reccomendations for dosages?

I've been down with some virus for a coupla days. Kept me at home from work and the gym. It's weird because I RARELY ever get sick. Feels like I got hit by a train. Body aches and vomiting. It's really depressing just laying around for 2 days...Finally feeling better today. Back to work & the gym tomorrow.
 
Just got home. Man it really felt good to get back in the gym. Being sick and laying around creates a depression that seems to feed on itself... Anyway.. Had a great back/bi/ab day. The veins that are starting to pop down my arms and in my shoulders are unreal!:eek: Still not sure if the gains I'm noticing in strength are because of the psychological boost or real strength. Probably a little of both. Getting some obvious looks at the gym already... Can't wait to see what the next month or so brings.... Appetite is definitely increasing... Speaking of appetite.... I gotta go eat....
 
oh, and if you introduce tren...you might want to consider adding some hcg to your pct...500iu's for 10 days or something similar to that.
