Hair Loss

I have a crown pic a little farther up in the thread that is somewhat recent as it's a little hard to do on myself and the wife is still at work. I am still not back to baseline, and I may well never be, but I am not in a state of panic like I was 7 months ago.

And no, not just RU. I take oral finasteride, topical monoxidil, and topical RU. That was my circle the wagons response to finally realizing how bad things had gotten. My wake up call was a sunburn on the top of my scalp while on vacation.

I have taken AAS for almost 2 years now, but Tren is what really caused my hair to tailspin.

Thats why i say we can´t trust solo on RU, especially if you want regrowth

i believe it works , but fin+minox is doing the heavy work.
I think for people like the vast majority of this forum that does gear, a multifaceted approach that incorporates both a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor and a topical anti-androgen is probably the smart play, assuming side effects are not an issue.

So incorporating either dutastaride or finasteride and adding in something like RU, Topilutamide, Pyrilutamide, or Clascoterone. And then of course throwing some monoxodil at it too for good measure.

There are some people who are going to be fucked no matter what they do. Genetics is a bitch at times, but for the vast majority if they get aggressive they stand a very good chance of halting their hair loss and potentially gaining back some ground in terms of volume and thickness.

I wish i knew about minoxidil shedding and how bad it gets. I regret using it, I wish I started with RU instead. I added RU to my routine, so far no changes still shedding. Just a warning for guys wanting to use minoxidil and have a decent amount of hair, you're going lose most of it during the shedding phase and it's not only 1 phase, there are multiple phases.

What? Shedding is a temporary acceleration of the normal dropping phase of the hair growth cycle, well known, and in none of the many studies has it ever resulted in less hair.

Finasteride and Dutasteride AND RU do the same.

None of these are for the impatient though,,, better be prepared to wait six months for substantial results.

I never really noticed shedding from Minoxidil, but then again I have been taking finasteride, minoxidil and RU as a combo.. Micro-needle is the only technique I have not tried. I would probably be damn near bald by now had I not of intervened. I was well on my way anyway.

There is so much variation in response to these drugs it’s hard to be definitive for any one individual, but try to be patient bro. Use all the tools at your disposal, take pics to make comparisons, and wait. Chances are you are going to see improvement if you keep at it.

That’s actually quite impressive. How much time ?
No side effect at all ?
I know right? Crazy. I am right around the 8 month mark since I started. I have never had any notable side effects.

Really the only bad part is my routine is pretty arduous to keep up with, especially when life gets hectic. One pill a day and then the 2 topicals twice a day. The next time I make RU I’ll probably make an 8% solution instead of 5 and just go to once a day

So minoxidil + RU and finasteride in pill form?

No side effect for the finasteride ? I feel something off when on it. Going to switch by making my topical finasteride !

There is so much variation in impact with these various hair loss drugs I find, which makes it really hard to talk in generalities. I found what works for me, and I am pretty confident you can find something that works for you if you keep experimenting.

For example, If RU does not work for you there are other topical anti-androgens out there which are an option (just a bit more difficult to track down).

Though as I mentioned above I am of the opinion that for us gear users that a topical anti-androgen is nearly a requirement. We flood our bodies with hormones at such a high level that you have to attack the problem from all angles.

You think it was the trenbolone that made your hair worse? What does "tailspin on tren" mean?

Quick question, my plan for when I will be on TRT will be :

- Minoxdil oral : 1mg ED
- Finasteride oral 0,2-0,25mg ED
- Topical Minoxidil 5% : everyday
- Keto shampoo 2% : E3D
- Dermarolling : E3D

using Keto as a DHT blocker and going for the fin for the DHT main use.

Do you guys think that’s smart or something off ?
