"Greens" what are convenient go to?

anti-nutrients, oxolates, negligable amounts of vitamins and minerals.
if you want fiber i think you can eat some potatoes, carrots , psyllium husk rather than green vegetables.
You understand that you're supposed to cook them, right? A singular half cup of cooked spinach has 400% of your Vitamin K DV. Also, carrots and potatoes are root vegetables.

I'd rather just take a multi vitamin than buy, prepare and eat spinach everyday for a single vitamin

Watercress & Rocket (Arugula) are low fuss and pretty micronutrient dense. I always have a bit of both every day. Frozen peas are great too.
