Got sick for 2 weeks while on cycle/bulk, love some insight on building back

Hey guys, 34M here and just got sick for 2ish weeks.


Diet wasent to bad but was probably around 800-1000


calories a day va normal 3500


Was weighting in around 199 pounds and left at 180.


So cut about 20 pounds and feeling small. Any insight what to do to regain and out back on the mass,?


Assume need to get back into the gym slowly and take my time. Appriciate everyone's help and input, as I am very depressed currently and not happy about it


Will muscle memory come into play? Regain is quicker Then simply gaining?

Was running 600MG test and 600MG mast
 
Posting the same stuff in 4-5 different categories wont speed up things and is rather annoying for everyone else.

Eat your food, take your PEDs, work out properly and get proper sleep and its fine. No need to spam or over complicate things
