Good suppliments for muscle gain?

I take a mixture of Leukric Gakic and No2 i dont know if this is a sufficent enough mixture for adding a little bolk and helping muscle growth. Is there any other good suppliments for adding little bulk and good helpful muscle growth with a balanced training plan. Thx for any input.
 
Those supps are expensive. I would think your money would be better spent on food. How are your results with those?
 
AA (can't spell it, not amino acids - X-Factor is one brand name) seems to be the current rage at bb.com, along with BCAA.

I agree..sad but true....most of the suplements out there are just one big marketing scam! It may be mental for me but I use multi.vitamin,tribulus,zma,creatine,and dhea..also protien mixes.I see slight gains from this at age 42.Once I hit the gear though ..look out.I'm gaining like crazy.The steroids are cheaper than the above mentioned sups..d
 
Id say get your nutrition and training down before telling someone to go use steroids, yeah they work great but your just not using it to its full potential if your not eating and training right. My advice is get a bunch of protien powder, stock your fridge full of food, and bust your ass in the gym. Once you got that down you can go for the roids cause really all those supplements are just crap.

I've got to say it is my personal view that creatine does work. At least for me.
I stopped it last week after 4 weeks, did my workout today and pumps felt smaller. But of course, the ez-curl bar I was using I no longer use, as I need a bigger one. My arms didn't feel as effectivly pumped(slightly poor form) so it may be down to this I'm not sure. But it did wonders for me, now I'm only using whey protein which is ok, but creatine is good for pumps and strength.

As the other guy said don't waste ur money, think it through logically, people in jail can and do come out huge and Ive seen a few people including my bro when he was in there about 7-8 years ago, he was huge. Of course, they don't have the privelage of creatine, whey, and xxx portions of chicken , with l-glutamine, or just designer supplements in general. Remember that fact and it will ease the confusion, or the hype at least.[:o)]
